Win a $1,000 Educational Voucher

1. Competition opens 01.03.2019 midnight and ends 31.03.2019 11pm.
2. Entry is:
a. gained via the successful completion of the web form located at https://confirmsubscription.com/h/r/85C40974D8BA34632540EF23F30FEDED ‘Successful completion’ is defined as completing all fields required by the web form followed by confirmation through digital submission. This is the sole method of entry;
b. limited to one entry per person;
c. incorrectly completed entries will not be considered; and
d. not open to employees of ACER or members of their immediate families;
ACER may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who acts in violation of these terms and conditions or in any way in connection with this competition engages in misconduct. What constitutes misconduct being in the sole discretion of ACER.
If for any reason this competition or any part thereof is not able to be conducted ACER may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities, if required.
3. Prizes:
a. Each entry goes into the draw for a prize consisting of a $1000 voucher, to be used on the ACER online shop.
b. The prize is not:
i. exchangeable for cash; or
ii. transferable by the entrant to another person;
c. Freight costs of anything purchased with the prize will be paid by ACER.
4. Lottery:
a. The winner will be drawn by lottery from email addresses of entrants who successfully completed the web form for entry.
b. The lottery will be conducted at the offices of ACER 19 Prospect Hill Road Camberwell Victoria at 10 am on 01.04.2019. The lottery will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into;
c. The winner will be advised personally via email;
d. The winner has 30 days from the date of publication in item c. above to claim the prize by emailing kelly.vanos@acer.org or phoning ACER 03 9277 5225; and
e. Should the winner not claim the prize in accordance with item d above both prizes shall be deemed unclaimed and forfeit. A new winner will be redrawn.
