Who can enter the competition?Entry is open to residents of Australia over the age of eighteen (18) years old. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
When does the competition close?The competition starts on August 18, 2023, at 12:01 am (AEDT) and ends on October 4, 2023, at 11:59 pm (AEDT).
How can one enter the competition?Entrants must submit the entry form at www.sds.com.au to enter the competition. By submitting an entry, they also consent to joining Surf Dive ‘n Ski’s marketing mailing list.
What is the prize and its worth?One winner will receive a $1,000 Surf Dive ‘n Ski online voucher. The total prize pool is valued at up to AU$1,000.
How will the winner be chosen and notified?The winner will be drawn via a random electronic draw on October 11, 2023, and will be notified by email within one (1) business day of the draw. The winner's name will also be announced on the website from October 12, 2023, for 30 days.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?If the winner cannot be contacted and the prize remains unclaimed by October 26, 2023, the next person drawn (Winner 2) will be deemed the winner. The process will be repeated until a winner accepts the prize.
What are the conditions of participation?Participants are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final. Entries not complying with the terms may be disqualified.
Is the prize transferable or exchangeable?The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter may substitute cash for the prize at its discretion.
