1. Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. By entering, entrants accept these conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is G Squared Digital Marketing Pty Ltd on behalf of Sydney Fresh Seafood, Shop 7B, Greenway Plaza, 1183-1185, The Horsley Drive, Wetherill Park NSW 2164.
3. The promotional period begins at 6pm (AEDT) on Monday 18 April 2016 and concludes at 12pm (AEDT) Monday 30 May 2016.
4. One (1) entrant will be awarded with the following prizes
a. A $1,000 voucher to spend at any Sydney Fresh Seafood retail outlet.
5. This competition is a game of chance. A random draw will occur at the offices of G Squared Digital Marketing Pty Ltd (Suite 1, Lower Ground, 88 Cumberland St, The Rocks NSW 2000) on Monday 30 May 2016 at 5pm (AEDT).
6. The winning entrant will be notified via email on Monday 6 June 2016 by 5pm.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identification of entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in this promotion.
10. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
11. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. Any personal information collected will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion. Personal information may be disclosed to contractors and agents assisting with this promotion or to communicate with entrants. Entrants are able to obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter.
12. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Sydney Fresh Seafood. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of Sydney Fresh Seafood or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
