How can one enter?To enter the promotion, follow these steps during the Promotional Period:
1. Visit www.lysaght.com/win-design-consult.
2. Fill in the required details including full name, email, address, phone number, State/Territory, and date of birth.
3. Fulfil all requirements of the entry form as specified.
What is the prize, and what is its total worth?The Prize, valued at $10,000, includes:
- A 1-on-1 private design consultation with Alisa and Lysandra Fraser at the winner's residential house (up to four hours), valued at $5,000. The consultation can take place at any residential address in Australia.
- $5,000 worth of Lysaght products. Note that this prize does not include setup or installation, and the winner is responsible for all associated costs.
Are there any additional ways to gain entries?Yes, entrants can gain up to five (5) additional entries by completing specific actions such as visiting the Promoter's chosen Facebook page, visiting the Promoter's chosen Instagram page, sharing the promotion on social media or via email or SMS, viewing specified pages on the Promoter's website, and completing all specified actions.
Is there a limit to the number of entries per person?Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
- Only one (1) initial entry is allowed per person.
- A maximum of five (5) additional entries can be earned for each specific action as outlined in clause 6.
- A maximum of sixteen (16) entries are allowed per person.
When will the winner be chosen?The draw will take place on 14/12/23 at 12:00pm AEDST at Anisimoff Legal, G13, 3 Amy Close, Wyong NSW 2259.
How will the winner be notified?The winner will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) days of the draw, and their names will be published at www.lysaght.com/win-design-consult from 21/12/23.
Any additional important details?- The consultation with Alisa and Lysandra Fraser is not guaranteed and is subject to their availability and goodwill on the day.
- If any element of the Prize is canceled or postponed, the winner agrees to forfeit that element, and no cash alternative will be provided.
- The $5,000 worth of Lysaght products does not include setup or installation, and the winner is responsible for all associated costs.
- The promotion may be canceled or modified at the discretion of the Promoter under certain circumstances.
- If the Prize is not claimed by the specified time, it will be forfeited, and no cash alternative will be awarded.
- The Promoter may substitute the Prize with a prize of equal value and/or specification if the Prize is unavailable.
- The total prize pool value is $10,000, and the Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise.
- The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw if necessary.
