WHO CAN ENTER:
Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, any The Cheesecake Shop store in Australia or New Zealand, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. 
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 1 December 2015 and ends for Orders at 5pm AEDST (for Australian residents) and 5pm NZDT (for New Zealand residents) on 27 December 2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps:
a. Visit www.cheesecake.com.au (for Australian residents) or www.thecheesecakeshop.co.nz (for New Zealand residents) and follow the prompts to order and pay for any one (1) or more full size cake product(s) in a single transaction during the Promotional Period (“Order”); and then
b. Pick-up their Order (from The Cheesecake Shop store nominated at the time of purchase) by 7pm on 28 December 2015.
For the sake of clarity, individuals that submit an Order during the Promotional Period but do not pick their Order up in store by close of business on 28 December 2015 will not qualify for entry into the draw.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
a. only one (1) entry permitted per Order/receipt (regardless of the number of full size cake products purchased in that Order in excess of one (1)); and
each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn will win a trip to Hawaii for four (4) people, being two (2) adults and two (2) children (aged 11 or under at time of trip) valued at $10,000, awarded in the winner’s local currency (i.e. if the winner is from Australia, they will be awarded a trip valued at AU$10,000 and if the winner is from New Zealand they will be awarded a trip valued at NZ$10,000). Major prize includes:
a. Return Economy class Airfares flying with Jetstar from the winner’s nearest capital city
b. 5 nights Accommodation in a 4 star Hotel (i.e. Outrigger)
c. Includes taxes & fees
d. Unused balance of total prize value of up to $1,000 as spending money in form of traveller cheques
Travel dates are for out of peak season only. This prize is not valid for travel during peak times and in school holidays. If winner wishes to travel in peak period exceeding the value of $10,000 a surcharge will apply and will be at the winner’s own cost.
