Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 15 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this
Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the
prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who
consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of
the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the
prize (if applicable).

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each
in the Promotion.

During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in
the manner required on the Website, submit a photo and answer in 25 words or less the question:

for this Promotion. The Schedule defines certain terminology
used in these Terms of Entry. By entering the Promotion,
entrants accept these Terms of Entry.

10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 5:00pm AEDT Monday 15 October 2018 at the Promoter’s premises. All
valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
The Promoter will select the one (1) entrant deemed to have submitted the best answer in their online
entry (based on the Judging Criteria in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award that
entrant the prize.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).

There is one (1) prize to be won as follows:
- One (1) Snooze gift voucher (valued at $10,000 (incl GST).)

1. The winner’s first name may be shared on Snooze’s social platforms.
2. The gift voucher is exclusive to the winner of the Snooze Profiler competition.
3. The gift voucher is redeemable for purchases at any Snooze store.
4. The gift voucher must be surrendered at the time of purchase.
5. The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
6. The gift voucher must be used in a single transaction and no change is refunded.
7. The gift voucher may redeem assembly and delivery charges.
8. The gift voucher can only be redeemed at regular prices (excludes any discounts, special
offers or promotions).
9. The gift voucher is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. The gift voucher is not redeemable with online purchases.
11. The gift voucher will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
12. The gift voucher is only valid with authorised Snooze stamp and signature

14. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available voucher balance, the voucher holder
