Who can enter the VitaPet Australia Pet of the Month Competition 2024?The VitaPet Australia Pet of the Month Competition 2024 is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years. However, directors, officers, management, employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter (Masterpet Australia Pty Ltd) and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
When does the competition close?The competition closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Monday, 16 December 2024. The promotional period runs from 12am (AEDT) Monday 1 July 2024 until the closing date.
How can one enter the competition?To enter the VitaPet Australia Pet of the Month Competition 2024, participants must:
1. Visit the Promotion Website (https://vitapet.com/au/vitapet-of-the-month) during the Promotional Period
2. Enter their details and click "submit"
3. Submit a clear, high-quality photo of their dog or puppy, with a file size of at least 1MB
4. Ensure only one dog or puppy is in the photo, centered as much as possible in the middle of the frame
5. Participants may submit 1 entry per pet (dog or cat) up to a maximum of 5 pets
What are the prizes and total prize pool?The competition offers one major prize each month, consisting of a VitaPet Prize Pack worth $100 of VitaPet dog treats. The total prize pool over the entire promotional period is $600 (based on RRP). Prize values are accurate as of Monday 1 July 2024. Prizes will be delivered by express post to the winners at the Promoter's cost.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool for the VitaPet Australia Pet of the Month Competition 2024 is $600 Australian dollars, based on the recommended retail price (RRP) of the VitaPet Prize Packs.
How are winners selected?Winners are selected through a game of chance. The process involves:
1. A random number generator selecting 10 finalists
2. The promoter choosing 4 of those entries to be featured in an Instagram story poll
3. The winner of the Instagram poll is deemed the monthly winner
Prize draws take place at 10:00 AEDT on specific dates throughout the promotional period, using all entries since the previous draw. Winners are notified via email within 24 hours of the draw times and announced on the Promotion Website.
