Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry and entry implies acceptance of all terms and conditions. Eligible participants may enter the competition as many times as they like in accordance to these terms and conditions.
One entry per person is valid.
Entries are only valid for Australian residents.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. No entries received after the closing date will be recognised as eligible and no responsibility is accepted for lost, late or misdirected mail or incomplete or incomprehensible entries. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
Promotion commences on December 04, 2015 at 10am and entries can be received from this date. Entries close on January 19, 2016 at 10am. The winner selection will take place at Done Dirt Cheap Head Office at 12pm on January 20, 2016. Winners will be notified by phone or email. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

To receive the prize you must be a member of Done Dirt Cheap DVD. If you are not a member, you must join at www.donedirtcheapdvd.com.au when entering.
In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges are possible and prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or anything else.
Any change in the value of prizes between the publishing date and the date when prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming regulations 1993 (SA).

The winner releases the Promoters from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected to this competition.
