This competition is open to Australian residents only, commencing on the 25th July 2022 12:00am AEST. Entries close on 11th November 2022 11:59pm AEDT.

If inconsistencies arise between the promotional material, information on how to enter and prize details, these Competition Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
To be eligible to enter the competition, you must be 18 years of age or over and must be able to fully understand and must adhere to all terms and conditions applicable to this promotion.
Mozo reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with either the conditions of entry or our Terms of Use - Ratings and Reviews.
By entering this competition and if your entry is valid, you agree that Mozo may publish your entry along with your first name and state or territory of residence on https://mozo.com.au/rate-and-review.
The prize winners will be judged at Mozo Pty Ltd Level 10, 89 York St, Sydney 2000 NSW, on 18th November 2022 by 11:59pm AEDT.
This is a game of skill. Each entry will be individually judged and the best entry will be determined by the judges. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering the competition and if you are selected as a prize winner, you agree to your first name and state or territory of residence to be published on https://mozo.com.au/rate-and-review.
The main prize winner will receive a $1000 Prezzee eGift Card. Five runner up prize winners will each receive a $100 Prezzee eGift Card. Total value of giveaway: AU$1500. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
The prize winners will be notified by email within one week after the winner is selected. The prize winners must claim their prize by providing a response via email no later than 10th February, 2023 11:59pm AEDT. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they have provided a valid email address and have access to that email address to claim the prize once it is sent by the Promoter.
If a prize winner cannot take the prize as stipulated because the prize is unclaimed or through ineligibility or for other reasons by 10th February 2023 11:59pm AEDT, then the prize winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right not to award the prize to any other entrant.
All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be used in print and all electronic media. The promoter may use the entries for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. The promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
