Terms & Conditions of Entry (“Terms”)
‘Win a $1000 Style Upgrade’ Competition
1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. This Promotion is held at Springvale Homemaker Centre located at 917 Princes Highway, Springvale, Victoria (“Centre”).
3. The Promotion commences on Wednesday 6th September 2017 at 10.00am and closes on Tuesday 31st October 2017 at 6.00pm.
4. To enter the Promotion, entrants simply sign up to the Springvale Homemaker Centre Newsletter via the website.
5. One entry only per person.
6. There will be one winner only. The winner will be drawn randomly, and the winner will be notified by email on Wednesday 1st November 2017.
7. The winning prize consists of a $1000 Springvale Homemaker Centre gift card. The $1000 gift card is valid for 12 months at Springvale Homemaker Centre only. Cannot be used at IKEA.
8. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. Centre Staff, families and associated suppliers of Springvale Homemaker Centre and Ikea are ineligible to enter.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the Winner provides suitable identification of proof of age and identity, prior to awarding the Prize
11. If the Winner is under 18 years old, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s parent or guardian.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to announce and/or publish the Winners names and/or photographs for publicity purposes.
13. The winner is required to visit the Centre Management office to receive their prize. The office is located on Level 1, Springvale Homemaker Centre, 917 Princes Highway, Springvale. Business hours are 10am – 6pm Monday – Friday. Winners must collect/receive their Prize within three months of the campaign closing
14. If any Prize is unclaimed within three months of the initial Draw, it will be forfeited.
