When does the giveaway close?The giveaway commences on 26th August 2024 and concludes on 2nd September 2024 at 5:00 pm AEST. The winner will be drawn at 7:00 pm AEST on the same day. All entries must be received by the Promoter before the competition closes.
How can one enter the giveaway?To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:
1. Follow @rossdidier and @thelocalproject on Instagram.
2. Tag two friends in the comments section of the relevant Instagram post.
3. Share the relevant Instagram post to their Instagram story.
4. Enter their details via the form on The Local Project's website and opt-in to join The Local Project and Didier Design Studio communities.
Entrants are responsible for the content of their entry and must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Entries made on behalf of an entrant by a third party are invalid unless the entrant requires assistance due to a disability.
What prize can be won, and what is the total prize pool amount?The prize is a $12,000 voucher for the Puffalo Lounging collection from Didier Design Studio. The winner can choose modular pieces to configure their desired shape and size and select from a wide range of fabrics or leathers. The prize is ex-workshop Melbourne and includes delivery and handling. The winner has the option to add extra funds to cover upgrades in size or costs.
The total prize pool amount is $12,000. The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No cash alternatives are offered, and the prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
The winner will be drawn by random selection, and the Promoter’s decision is final. The winner will be notified by direct message within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted, the Promoter will attempt to contact them over a three-month period. If unsuccessful, a redraw will be conducted to select another winner.
Additional Details:- The prize must be claimed by the person named in the entry, or, in case of dispute, the Internet Service Provider account holder.
- The winner's name will be available for 28 days after the competition closes and will be published via Instagram story by the @thelocalproject account.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition without notice under certain circumstances and is not responsible for any entries lost, late, or misdirected due to technical disruptions.
