Entry into the Celebrity CruisesCompetition | MasterChef Competition (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these termsand conditions.Eligibility to EnterEntry is open to all residents of Australia 18 years and older. These Terms and Conditions apply inconjunction with the TEN Members rules.6. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.7. A limit of one online entry per day per 10 Play member applies. One membership per personapplies.8. Entrants who have won a major prize in any Network 10 competition in the past 12 months arenot eligible to win a prize in this competition.9. Entries must be received by Sunday 21 July 2019 at 23:59 AEST to be included in the Prizejudging. Each valid entry received over the duration of the Competition Period will be enteredinto the Prize judging. 10. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’sdatabase. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries dueto technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.11. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will beindividually judged based on its literary and creative merit of the answer to the questionprovided. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final andbinding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.12. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purposeat its absolute discretion, including promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without anyfurther reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. The Promoter is entitledto amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.13. The Entrant warrants to the Promoter the entry submitted is an original literary work of theEntrant that does not infringe the rights of any third parties. If the entry or any part of theinformation provided to the Entrant in relation to the entry was provided by a third party, theEntrant warrants they have obtained the relevant copyright permission to submit the entry forthe purposes of this promotion. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against allclaims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.14. Entries must not be offensive, defamatory or racist. Any entry which the judges deeminappropriate will be invalid. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter.15. The account holder is responsible for any activity and/or entries that have been submitted usingtheir device (E.g. Phone, computer, tablet etc). It is the account holder’s sole responsibility tocontrol any and all access to their device. The Promoter, and Ansible Pty Ltd, will not beresponsible for any loss, damage or costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with this.Entrants must not use another’s device without express permission from the account holder.16. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whosubmits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tamperswith the entry process. Error and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver ofthose rights.17. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby permitsthe winner’s image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner’sparticipation in the prize to appear in connection with Network 10 or the advertising ormarketing thereof, in any media whatsoever through the world and the winner will not beentitled to any fee for such use.18. The Winner will be judged from all entries received throughout the competition period and one(1) Major Prize Winner will be selected by a judging panel at Network 10 at 1 Saunders Street,Pyrmont NSW 2009 on Monday 22 July 2019 from 10:00 AEST. The Winner will be the Entrantwho, in the sole opinion of the judges, has submitted the most creative and original 25 words orless answer to the question on the competition page. The Prize Winner will be notified by Page 3 of 8phone call within two (2) days of judging and in writing and the winner’s details will bepublished on the 10 Play website at tenplay.com.au from Wednesday 23 July 2019.19. An entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid.20. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winner. If the Prize remains unclaimed bythe winner or unallocated or forfeited for any reason, by Tuesday 29 October 2019 at 10:00AEDT, the Prize/s will be re-allocated to the entrant that has submitted the entry which bestmeets the judging criteria excluding the entrant that has failed to claim the prize. ThisUnclaimed Prize Determination will take place at Network 10 at 1 Saunders Street, Pyrmont,NSW 2009 at Tuesday 29 October 2019 at 10:00 AEDT. The Winner of the Unclaimed PrizeDetermination will be notified by telephone and in writing within 2 days of the Unclaimed PrizeDetermination and will be published on the 10 Play website at tenplay.com.au from Thursday31 October 2019.
