Entry is open to (residents of Australia) aged 18 years and over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Partner and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The promotion commences at 12.01am on 01/10/2019 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 30/11/2019 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, individuals must visit https://www.intrepidtravel.com/au/promperu-competition, input the requested details (including their full name, valid email address and country of residence) and submit the fully completed entry form or individuals can also enter online via Facebook and Instagram Intrepid lead generation forms (submitting their country of residence), all entries must be received during the Promotional Period.
Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Multiple bot entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The draw will take place at Intrepid Travel’s Head office of Level 7/567 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 on 02/12/2019 at 12 noon AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be determined via the Mechanic of Game of chance. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw on 04/12/ 2019 and on the Intrepid Travel website.
Winner must acknowledge receipt of email and claim their prize by 04 March 2020. If any of the winners cannot be contacted, the competition will be redrawn on the 05 March 2020 and any unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the next best entry(ies) as judged by the promoter at the same place as the original judging, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
