What is the prize won, and what is the total worth of the prize?
There will be two (2) Winners who will receive a prize package. Each Winner will receive one of the prize packages, consisting of the following:
- One (1) $150 voucher to Zaffi Sydney
- One (1) $150 voucher to Hey Chú
The total maximum value for each prize package is AU$150 (inclusive of GST). The total maximum prize pool value is AU$300.
Are there any additional conditions for entering the competition?
Entrants must provide all requested contact details and meet the entry requirements, including submitting a comment with 25 words or less. Entries must be unique and not violate copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter, who may use them for promotional purposes.
How will the winners be determined?
The Winners will be determined based on the best valid entry/entries as decided by a judge appointed by the Promoter. The judge will consider skill, creativity, and originality in the entries. Chance does not play a part in determining the Winner.
What happens in case of unclaimed prizes?
In the event of an unclaimed prize, an unclaimed prize draw will take place, and the winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook from Sydney Weekender’s official Facebook Page.
Is there any liability or warranty associated with the competition?
The Promoter, its associated agencies, and companies will not be liable for any claims, accidents, injuries, losses, or other issues related to the competition, including any problems with computer software or hardware. Materials that are copyrighted cannot be submitted without permission.
Who are the Promoter and Sponsor?
The Promoter is Seven Network (Operations) Limited, and the Sponsor is OMARI HOSPITALITY GROUP PTY LTD trading as Zaffi and MOT HAI BAR PTY LIMITED trading as Hey Chú.
How can personal information be used?
Personal information provided may be used for promotional purposes, and entrants consent to receiving information regarding programs, products, and services. Privacy policy details can be found on the Promoter's website.
Can the competition be modified or canceled?
The Promoter may, in its discretion, modify or cancel the competition due to various reasons, subject to state government legislation.
