Who can enter the competition?The competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over who fulfill the requirements of the terms and conditions. Employees, contractors, and their immediate families of the Promoter, Permitz Group Pty Ltd, their franchisees, agents, or Related Bodies Corporate are not eligible to enter.
How to enter the competition?To enter, eligible entrants must go to www.betta.com.au and join Club Betta (if not already a member) during the Promotional Period. Club Betta members will be sent a link to enter monthly via email and must follow the instructions provided in the email.
How many entries are permitted?Entrants are limited to one entry per person. Multiple entries will be invalidated.
When does the competition open and close?The competition opens on 01/03/2023 at 12:00 AM and closes on 31/01/2024 at 11:59 PM. All times noted are local times, based on the location of the Promoter.
What is the prize on offer?The total prize pool is valued at up to $22,000 (Including GST), as at 1/03/2023. The prizes on offer are:
One (1) $1000 Betta Home Living Gift Card per month for 11 months as the Major Prize (Total $11,000 worth of Betta Home Living Gift Cards)
Fifty (50) $20 Betta Home Living Gift Cards per month for 11 months as the Minor Prize (Total $11,000 worth of Betta Home Living Gift Cards)
When will the winners be announced?Winners will be notified immediately on screen and by email within two business days. Major prize winners will also be published at betta.com.au for 28 days on the 6th business day following the end of each calendar month of the competition.
Is there anything else to note?Entrants agree to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter. Prizes must be used in full within 36 months of the date they are awarded. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and Australian residency to claim a prize. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter excludes all liability, subject to Non-Excludable Guarantees. The competition is authorized under NSW Permit No. TP/02471, ACT Permit No. TP 23/00191, and SA License No. T23/117.
