The total prize value for Draw 527 is $2,718,501. The first prize includes a property located at 1 Koomooloo Court, Mermaid Waters QLD 4218, with an estimated value of $2,050,000. Additionally, the first prize winner will receive furniture and electrical goods valued at $179,712, payment of 12 months of council rates and water charges totaling $5,062, payment of 12 months of home and contents insurance amounting to $2,226, window dressing valued at $31,117, and improvements worth $52,719. The first prize also includes a gold bullion worth $100,000 and an Audi A5 Sportback valued at $96,448.
In addition to the first prize, there are other prizes available, such as the myplace Mid-Year Prize of $25,000 in gold bullion, the myplace Exclusive Gold Bullion Prize of $10,000 in gold bullion, myplace Weekly Bonus Prizes totaling $5,000 in Woolworths WISH Gift Cards, Update myplace Payment Details Prize of $500 in Woolworths WISH Gift Cards, Early Bird Bonus Prize of $5,000 in cash or gold bullion, and Second Chance Bonus Prizes totaling $5,000 in cash or Woolworths WISH Gift Cards.
There is also a MultiChance Prize, which allows participants to win extra gold bullion if they purchase a specified number of tickets. The gold bullion prizes for the MultiChance Prize range from $20,000 to $150,000, depending on the number of tickets purchased.
