Terms & Conditions
By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. All entrants will be subscribed to
Southern Queensland Country Tourism’s online communications platform the Country Club. Participants must be
residents of Australia and at least 18 years of age.
2. You will be entered into the "Country Club" promotion by visiting
http://www.southernqueenslandcountry.com.au/win and filling out the entry details. Each entrant will go into the
draw, which includes one major prize. The competition commences on 20 March 2018 at 0900 AEST and
concludes on 17 April 2018 at 1200 AEST.
3. Only one entry is permitted per person.
4. Entrants will be given a unique URL upon entering the promotion. Entrants who share their unique URL through
social media or email will have the opportunity to gain an entry for a secondary prize of a $100 fuel voucher. Once
the original entrant’s unique URL is shared, each time it is used to enter the main competition the original entrant
will gain an entry into the secondary prize draw.
5. The winners will be selected by random draw. The drawing of the prizes will be conducted at XCOM Media, Unit
1/15 Lamington St, New Farm, Qld at 18 April 2018 at 1300 AEST. The prize winners will be notified by email.
6. If a prize is not claimed by 1500 AEST 17 May 2018, the winner will forfeit their right to the prize. All unclaimed
prizes will be redrawn at 1500 AEST 18 May 2018.
7. The major prize consists of a Big Sky Country Drive with the following inclusions:
a. $2000 Motorhome hire with Apollo Motorhomes
b. $500 Prepaid Visa Card
c. Your choice of 4 nights on site accommodation at the following: Killarney View Caravan Park, The
Woolshed at Jondaryan, Yarraman Caravan Park, Warwick Freedom Lifestyle Caravan Park, BIG4
Toowoomba Garden City Holiday Park or Goondiwindi Holiday Park
Prize inclusions are for up to 4 people. Total prize value of $2500.
8. Travel must be taken in the Southern Queensland Country region, refer to the area with coloured borders in the
map below:
9. The booking of the Apollo Motorhome must be made a minimum 6 weeks prior to pick up date. The Apollo
voucher applies to Daily rental rate of any 2WD Apollo Motorhome or Campervan in Australia (excluded 4WDS),
selected standard extras: camp table, camp chairs, baby/booster seat (on request), one way fees, gas refill fee,
extended roadside assistance and toilet chemical. Voucher up to $2,000- any unused amount is forfeit. Rates are
based on standard flex. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount (early bird and
long hire discounts). Vehicle availability is subject to change. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash,
Standard Apollo Motorhome Rental Terms and Conditions apply to this Rental. Prize rental cannot be booked
online or through a travel agent- must be booked directly with Apollo reservations team. Liability/bond not
included and is payable by prize winner. Other optional extras not included in the above are payable by the winner.

Holiday periods 2018, 30 March – 13 April 2018 and 15-30 Dec 2018. Valid for hire from all Australian Apollo

10. There are 5 secondary prizes consisting of a $100 fuel voucher.
11. All components of the prize are subject to operator and product availability.
12. All other expenses including alcohol shall be the responsibility of the prize winner and travel companion.
13. The visa card is intended for use for travel expenses within the holiday period.
14. No component of the prize is exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
15. Prize is not transferable.
16. Once booked and confirmed, any further cancellations or date changes are subject to the operator’s own policy,
and at the prize winner’s own expense.
17. Travel insurance is not provided and the Promoter recommends that the prize winner and travel companion obtain
comprehensive travel insurance including medical coverage (at their own expense) prior to travel.
18. The Promoters may cancel the holiday prize and itinerary without notice should the prize winner or their travel
companion engage in any inappropriate, illegal or immoral behaviour, use excessive alcohol, artificial stimulants
or illegal drugs, or act in any manner which brings the Promoter or any person or organisation involved in the
promotion into public disrepute.
19. Southern Queensland Country Tourism accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize or any
variation in the prize advertised and the prize provided. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into. Each entrant releases and indemnifies Southern Queensland Country Tourism against all liability,
cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the promotion including (but not
limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some
negligent act or omission or otherwise.
20. Employees and Directors of Southern Queensland Country Tourism and Tourism and Events Queensland, or
agencies associated with the promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the promotion.
21. By claiming the prize, the winner accepts that Southern Queensland Country Tourism may use their name and
likeness for their promotional and publicity purposes.
