WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18.
Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, or any related body corporate of the Promoter, as well as any franchisee or any agency associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate family members means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, ex-de-facto, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. (“Eligible Entrants”).
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who are the registered home owner of the premises that they would like the Kitchen Package Prize to be installed in. If the Prize Winner is not the home owner of their premises or not in an area that Freedom Kitchens services i.e If the winner is a resident of SA, WA, TAS, NT or lives outside 100km radius of Sydney, Central Coast NSW, Canberra, Melbourne or Brisbane the winner will be ineligible to choose the Kitchen Package Prize and will receive the Freedom Gift Card.  
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The competition commences at 9.00am (AEST) on 4 September 2015 and closes at 23:59pm (ADST) on 3 November 2015 (“Competition Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Competition, an eligible entrant must complete all requested personal details on the entry form at freedom.com.au during the Competition Period:
All eligible entries will be entered into the random prize draw.
A maximum of 5 additional entries are permitted through the refer a friend mechanic
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Competition database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.
PRIZE:
 The first Eligible Entry drawn will be deemed the major prize winner and they will win their choice of either a Kitchen Package provided by Freedom Kitchens ABN 15 097 861 268 (Freedom Kitchens) valued at a maximum $20,000, or a Freedom Gift Card valued at a maximum $10,000. Maximum prizepool value is $20,000.
The Kitchen Package Prize choice is comprised of:
a)    Kitchen cabinets with Hettich ArciTech soft-closing drawers and a Caesarstone® Classico benchtop valued up to $13,000
b)    Stainless steel kitchen appliance package nominated by Freedom Kitchens, which includes an oven, gas cooktop, slide-out rangehood and dishwasher valued up to $2,000
c)    Design, delivery and labour for installation of the Kitchen Package valued up to $5,000
d)    The total prize pool is valued at a maximum $20,000.00 (including GST). The winner will have a choice of specific colours and finishes to include in the installation of the kitchen. These lists will be provided by the service provider at the time of winner notification. If the winner chooses a specific item or the design, delivery and labour for installation costs are outside of the current fee budget provided in the prize winning package, the winner will be advised of the additional cost and can opt to pay the additional cost or bring the total cost within the budget provided in the prize winning package; or
The Freedom Gift Card prize choice is comprised of:
A $10,000 The Freedom Gift Card which will be posted to the winner by registered mail and is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of card issue. The Freedom Gift Card is subject to its terms of issue which can be found at http://www.freedom.com.au/terms-and-conditions/gift-card-terms-and-conditions/. Any unused balance of the Freedom Gift Card will not be awarded as cash.
