WHO CAN ENTER?The Competition is only open to individuals who: (i) are Australian residents aged 18 years or older at time of entry; and (ii) are not directors, management or employees, or their immediate family members, of the Promoter or its related companies or agencies associated with the Competition ("Eligible Entrant").
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Competition entry commences at 12:01pm on 13/01/2016 and closes at 11.59am on 30/04/2016 ("Entry Period"). Except as otherwise stated, all times are Sydney time.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Competition, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Entry Period:
Visit the Competition Website, apply for and receive an Eligible Insurance Quote from the Promoter. The Promoter’s normal underwriting criteria apply. An Eligible Entrant will receive one entry for each risk quoted on the Eligible Insurance Quote: (for the avoidance of doubt, a building and contents Eligible Insurance Quote constitutes one risk for the purposes of this Competition); or
Call the Promoter on 13 50 50 and obtain an Eligible Insurance Quote. The Promoter’s normal underwriting criteria apply. The Eligible Entrant must provide all details required by the Promoter. An Eligible Entrant will receive one entry for each risk quoted on the Eligible Insurance Quote (for the avoidance of doubt, a building and contents Eligible Insurance Quote constitutes one risk for the purposes of this Competition); or
Purchase a new Eligible Insurance Policy and not have returned the policy pursuant to cooling-off provisions during the entry period. An Eligible Entrant will receive five entries for each risk insured (i.e. vehicle or insured address) under the new Eligible Insurance Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, a building and contents Eligible Insurance Policy constitutes one risk for the purposes of this Competition. The Promoter’s normal underwriting criteria apply. An existing customer of the Promoter will not receive any entries into the Competition for renewing or amending an existing insurance policy.
In respect of entries received via Eligible Insurance Quotes, an Eligible Entrant will only receive one entry for obtaining multiple insurance quotes for the same risk.
It is a condition of entry that Eligible Entrants consent to receive Apia marketing communications and do not opt out during the Entry Period.
PRIZES:
For minor prize draws, all valid entries received during the Entry Period will be entered into the relevant minor prize draw (as set out in condition a). Undrawn entries from each minor prize draw will be entered into any subsequent minor prize draws. All valid entries (including winning minor prize draw entries) received during the Entry Period will be entered into the major prize draw referred to in condition 17.b.
All prize draws will take place at Contact Management Associates (VIC) Pty Ltd, 92-94 Tope Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205 as follows.
Minor prize draws will take place at 12:00 on Friday 13th May 2016.
The major prize draw will take place at 12:00 on Friday 13th May 2016.
Minor prizes: There are one hundred (100) minor prizes to be won. The first valid entry randomly drawn in each minor prize draw will win a minor prize, which is $100, provided in the form of one Visa prepaid card preloaded with $100 credit, issued in the winner’s name.
The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of use of the supplier, including debit card expiry dates (if any), and is not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.
Major prize: There is one major prize to be won. The first valid entry randomly drawn in the major prize draw will win the major prize, which is a deluxe Evergreen Tours 15 Day Splendours of Europe Amsterdam to Budapest River Cruise (EWCR.1/EWCR.2) for two people (twinshare) in a P category cabin including return economy class airfares from Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide or Brisbane to Amsterdam/Budapest.
The prize is valid on a sailing in August, September or October 2016 and is subject to final cabin availability.
Travel blackouts may apply for the prize.
The prize must be taken by 01 November 2016.
The prize is strictly non-transferable and non-negotiable, and may not be replaced or refunded.

The prize flights will be arranged by Evergreen Tours with an airline of Evergreen’s selection.
The prize winner and travelling companion must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence for flight departure from Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide or Brisbane airport.
Evergreen Tours will not be responsible for any additional or incurred costs while the winner is travelling. The prizewinner is responsible for any associated costs in getting to and from the departure port. The prize does not include any spending money.
Any Early Bird Offers or Special Promotions advertised in the Evergreen Tours 2016 Europe River Cruising Touring & Cruising brochure are not applicable in conjunction with this Prize.
The prize cannot be used towards travel insurance, items of personal natures, meals (other than featured in the itinerary), laundry, telephone calls, additional nights or upgrades.
The prize can only be used towards new bookings.
All components of the prize must be taken together and when offered or are forfeited.
The prize winner and travelling companion may not accrue frequent flyer points.
The prize winner and travelling companion must conduct themselves in a responsible, courteous and friendly manner at all times whilst participating in the prize.

If applicable, a valid passport is required for all international journeys with at least 6 months validity from the date of return.
If applicable, names as per passport and dates of birth for all travelers are required at the time of reservation.
The value of the major prize is $21,180. The Promoter and Evergreen Tours make no representation as to the safety conditions or any other conditions that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices, and the website of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. It is the major prize winner’s, and their travel partner’s, personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, and health requirements, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the major prize winner, and their travel partner
PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO PRIZES GENERALLY
The total prize pool is valued at $31,180 AUD including GST as at 1st December 2015. A prize value is the recommended retail value as provided by the relevant supplier(s). The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in a prize’s value due to exchange rate changes or otherwise.
