3. Competition is not open to employees of Jasper Hotels Pty Ltd and Zoos Victoria Pty Ltd (be
their employees or contractors) or their immediate family members.

6. To enter the promotion, you must complete an entry form including all mandatory fields
online at qvm.com.au/win
7. Each entrant is permitted to enter the promotion once.
8. All entries will be automatically signed up to both Queen Victoria Market, The Night Market
and Jasper Hotel databases.
9. Promotion commences on 19/07/2021 at 9am AEST. Entries close at 11.59pm AEST on
29/08/2021 (Promotional Period).
10. Entries must be received during the Promotional period. No responsibility accepted for late,
lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
11. The value of the total prize pool is $807.
12. There will be one (1) prize and one (1) prize winner. The winner will receive a Melbourne
Staycation Package for a family of four (2 Adults and 2 Children). This includes: overnight stay
in a 2 Bed Open Plan Suite at the Jasper Hotel inclusive of breakfast for four and 1pm late
check-out (Valued at $455); four (4) general admission tickets to the Melbourne Zoo (Valued
at $152) and $200 in Queen Victoria Market vouchers.
13. Jasper Hotel bookings are subject to availability and the accommodation voucher must be
redeemed and the stay must occur by 31/12/2021.
14. Melbourne Zoo tickets are valid until 08/07/2022 and bookings are required. Please contact
Zoos Victoria Customer Engagement Team 48 hours prior to the travel date at
contact@zoo.org.au or 1300 966 784.
15. Child Policy; Prize is valid for two (2) adults and two (2) children. A “Child” or “Children”
means a person or persons aged between 5 years and 12 years.
16. The winner will be drawn randomly from the valid entries at the Queen Victoria Market head
office, Level 10/501 Swanston Street, Melbourne.
17. The winner will be notified by email by 31/08/2021 and informed of how to claim the Prize
via email.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The Prize is not convertible to cash, exchangeable, and not for sale.
20. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who
submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers
with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does
not constitute a waiver of these rights.
21. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw in
order to distribute the Prize if it remains unclaimed by 06/09/2021, subject however to any
written directions given by a regulatory authority.
22. If the prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the
right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or
specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
23. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify
any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify,
suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
24. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers,
employees and agents) excludes all liability including negligence for any personal injury; or
loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where
arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether
or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party
interference; (c) any entry prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due
to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value
to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by winner or
entrant; or (f) use of the Prize.
25. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is
conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also
use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, including sending
electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct
information to the Promoter via marketing@qvm.com.au. All entries become the property of
the Promoter.
26. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in
the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any
media for any unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this
competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,
distributed, and/or supplied by the Promoter.
27. Queen Victoria Market reserves the right to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions at
any time and to cancel the competition without further recourse to the entrants.
