(ii)Complete the competition entry form with all required details
(iii) Answer the question in the competition entry form

PRIZE AND WINNER OF THE PRIZE
The Competition is a game of skill in which chance plays no part.
The entries will be judged on creativity.
The Prize will be 1 x $200 The Reject Shop gift card and a personal shopping assistant to help shop on a chosen day. The total prize pool is $200.
The Prize winner will be notified via email and will be required to reply with their postal address.
