Experience Voucher – a RedBalloon voucher for a specific experience.
Range Voucher – a RedBalloon Red, Bronze, Silver or Gold voucher which allows the recipient to choose an experience from a set range.
Gift Certificate/Card & Themed Voucher – a RedBalloon voucher with a dollar value that can be used as currency to purchase from a RedBalloon website.
Direct Ship Items (RedBalloon Gifts & Hampers, and Movie Tickets)
RedBalloon Account credits
These are credits applied to RedBalloon customer accounts which carry a dollar value that can be used to purchase from a RedBalloon website.
RedBalloon Program points
Part of some Corporate programs, points are used as currency to purchase from the relevant Corporate program website.
