WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 11/01/2016 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEDST on 07/02/2016 ("Promotional Period").
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: a) visit coloursofhome.com.au;
b) follow the prompts to view the six (6) different Colour Palettes and Matching Styling Boards;
c) select their favourite Colour Palette and Matching Styling Board (the Colour Palette and Matching Styling Board selected will be used as inspiration in their home renovation if drawn as the Major Prize winner);
d) input the requested details (including their full name, a valid email address, telephone number, and their Unique Code (if applicable));
e) agree to the Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant tick box; and
f) submit the fully completed entry form.
Upon completion of the above steps, individuals will receive one (1) entry into the Major Prize Draw. If a valid Unique Code was specified on the entry form, individuals will also receive one (1) entry into the Aussie Customer Draw. For the sake of clarity, all entries (regardless of whether or not a Unique Code was specified) will be entered into the Major Prize Draw but only entries which included a valid Unique Code will be entered into the Aussie Customer Draw.
PRIZES:
The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win a home renovation based on the Colour Palette and Matching Styling Board selected at the time of entry, valued at up to $20,000 ("Major Prize"). The winner will plan their renovation in conjunction with an interior designed provided by the Promoter, and the renovation budget may include furniture, appliances, fixtures, painting, plastering, and/or tradesman/labour (as required), up the value of $20,000. The exact product(s)/service suppliers provided for the renovation will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. In the event that cost of the requested renovation is less than $20,000, the remaining balance will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. If the cost of the requested renovation is more than $20,000, then the winner will be requested to pay the difference, or alternatively the winner may choose a selection of product(s)/service(s), up to the value of $20,000. The renovation must be organised and completed no later than 31/12/2016. In the case of a disagreement between the winner and the Promoter in respect to the renovation, the Promoter's decision will be final. The room makeover may be applied to any room(s) of the winner's choice in their house, townhouse or apartment. If the winner rents their house/townhouse/apartment, the winner must provide the Promoter with written consent from their landlord that the makeover can take place on their premises before the room makeover may commence.
The first twenty (20) valid entries drawn in the Aussie Customer Draw will each win a $100 Bunning's Gift Card.
