How can one enter the promotion?To enter, participants must complete and submit a form answering in 25 words or less what their perfect martini pairing for an Omakase dining experience would be.
What is the prize for the promotion?The first prize is a Besuto Restaurant Experience valued at $2,500.00. There are also ten second prizes, each being a Haku Gift Pack worth $60, which includes a 200mL bottle of Haku, two martini glasses, and two Haku martini pins.
What is the total worth of all the prizes?The total worth of all the prizes is $3,100.00, with one Besuto Restaurant Experience at $2,500.00 and ten Haku Gift Packs at $60 each.
What are the terms for the Besuto Omakase Gift Card?The gift card is non-refundable and must be used in full, either as a single $2,500 card or multiple cards totaling $2,500. Once allocated, the decision is final and cannot be changed. The card must be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. It expires three years after the issue date and can only be used at Besuto.
How will the winners be chosen?The winners will be selected based on skill by the Promoter at 11am, Monday 13 November AEDT from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within 72 hours and must provide proof of age and residence to claim the prize.
What happens if a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept the prize?If a winner cannot be contacted, verified, or is unable to accept the prize within 96 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner may be chosen at the Promoter's discretion.
What happens to participants’ information?Participants’ information will be collected for the promotion and used for publicity purposes. By entering, participants agree to join the Concrete Playground e-newsletter list and, if opted in, to have their details shared with Beam Suntory for marketing communications.
What are the general terms and conditions?The Promoter may disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for acting in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if necessary.
