2. WHO CAN ENTER?2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and older.
2.2 Employees of NRMA Parks and Resorts, NRMA and associated park and resort managers, park employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Employees of all divisions of NRMA Parks and Resorts and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step- brother, step-sister or first cousin.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences at 12pm on Monday 11 May 2020 (AEST) and concludes at 12pm on Tuesday 30 June, 2020 (‘the competition period’).
3.2 To enter the competition, entrants must enter the required details into the appropriate form on https://www.nrmaparksandresorts.com.au/road-trip-dreaming
3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. PRIZES
4.1 A total of one prize will be awarded at the end of the competition period. The draw will take place on Thursday 2 July 2020. Winner will be notified by via email or telephone within 7 days after the competition has been drawn.
4.2 For any unclaimed prizes, a redraw will take place at 9am Monday 28 July 2020 at NRMA Parks and Resorts Head Office, they will be contacted via email or telephone. If the winner does not respond to email/s or phone call/s and claim the prize within the stipulated timeframe, the prize will be redrawn.
4.3 Prize includes: NRMA Parks and Resorts $2,500 voucher that can be used at any NRMA parks or resorts, excluding NRMA St Helens Waterfront Holiday Park.
4.4 Voucher can be used on multiple stays at multiple parks.
4.5 No further discount or specials apply and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
4.4 This prize must be redeemed within 12 months of issue date during low or mid-season (season calendars are available on park websites) and is subject to availability. Black-out dates apply. If for any reason the winner does not use the prize before its expiry, the prize will not be redeemable for cash and will be forfeited.
4.5 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
4.6 By entering the draw, entrants give NRMA Parks and Resorts permission to announce the winner (including their first name and suburb) on any of the NRMA Holiday Parks and Resorts’ social media pages.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 Entrants who have successfully entered the competition over the competition period by registering all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draw. The draw will take place at the office of NRMA Parks and Resorts, Suite L218A, Level 2 The Strand at Coolangatta 72-80, Marine Parade,?Coolangatta QLD 4225 at midday on Thursday, 2 July 2020.
5.2The draw will be a chosen at? NRMA Parks and Resorts Head Office. The winner will be chosen in the form of a game of skill. The most creative answer deemed by NRMA Parks and Resorts will be chosen as the winner.
5.3The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 The promoter cannot cancel or postpone the competition without the written authority of the regulatory authority
6.2 NRMA Parks and Resorts and associated holiday parks and resorts take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 NRMA Parks and Resorts and associated holiday parks and resorts will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
