The winner of the Superbike 2Up Thrill Ride will be drawn on Wednesday the 2 November 2015 at 10am WST at I Katcher Events Head Office, Unit 9 187 Hay Street Subiaco WA 6008. The Promoter’s nominated judge’s decision is final and no correspondence may be entered into.

I Katcher Events employees, franchisees, suppliers and their employees and immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition.
The prize draw consists of one Superbike Thrill Ride, defined as two laps on the back of a superbike and valued at $700. The total prize value is $4,200 AUD and is based upon the recommended retail price at the time of printing. The prize may only be used at Perth Speed Fest on Sunday 13 December 2015. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The prize may be transferred to a friend or family member if a prize winner does not meet the weight and medical requirements or cannot otherwise participate on the specified track day. The prize winner or transferee must have read, understood and signed the Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement.
If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years at the time of the draw the prize will be given to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
The Promoter is Perth Speed Fest, Unit 9 187 Hay Street Subiaco WA 6008. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information will be made without your prior consent.
