1. Introduction
1.1. Information on how to enter and prizes available form part of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. Entry into this Competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
2. Details of Promoter
2.1. This competition is run by GODADDY ONLINE SERVICES AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED 604 834 237 referred to throughout as “Promoter” or “GoDaddy AU”.
3. Who can enter
3.1. Entry is open to all Australian residents, who reside in Australia (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the competition and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
3.2. The competition is only open to individual natural persons.
4. How to enter
4.1. The Competition comprises a game of skill, facilitated on the GoDaddy (AU) Instagram Page (https://www.instagram.com/godaddyaustralia/) and the the AU GoDaddy Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/AU.GoDaddy/) during the competition period from Friday 22 January 2020 at 12:00pm AEDT and closes on Monday 15th February 2021 11:59PM AEDT. (‘Competition Period). All entries must be received by Monday 15th February 2021 11:59PM AEDT. Entries received after this time are ineligible.
4.2. To enter, Entrants must submit a comment under the Facebook competition post with answers to the following:

Each entry will be individually judged based on its creative merit. The best entry as determined by the judges will receive a $3,000 AUD Officeworks voucher. In their absolute discretion, the judges can decline to award the prize, including where the judges determine that the entry is not of publication standard. Chance plays no part in determining the Prize winner. Decisions of the Competition and its panel of judges are final and will be binding on each person who enters the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.3. Entrants may enter the Competition as many times as they like within the Competition Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Competition database. The Competition is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Competition Period.
4.4. No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
4.5. By entering the competition, the winner consents to giving permission for their submission to be published by GoDaddy on Social Media for purposes of announcing the competition winners.
5. Prizes
5.1. There will be one (1) prize in total over the Competition Period. One (1) winner will be selected from the online entries on the Competition Post for the Competition Period.
5.2. The total Prize Pool is valued at approximately $3,000. The winner will receive one (1) Prize in total, which includes $3,000.
No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
6. Competition Adjudication
6.1. The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to identify and contact the winner.
6.2. The competition adjudication will take place Monday 22 Feb 2021 between 12pm-1pm AEDT by Magnum & Co, 107 Regent Street, Chippendale NSW 2008.

6.3. Following the conclusion of the Contest Period, all eligible Entries received during the Contest Period will be shortlisted by a panel of judges chosen by the Contest Sponsor, at the offices of the Contest Sponsor. One (1) winner will be selected by a panel of judges based on Originality and creativity: Does the Entry surprise and delight the judges?

6.4. The prize winners will be announced on Facebook, Instagram on Tuesday 23 Feb 2021 via a public post, and followed up via Direct Message to organise delivery.
6.5. Three attempts will be made to contact the prize winner by the Facebook wall and private messenger. If no contact is made with the prize winner after three attempts, over a period of ten days, then at GoDaddy AU’s sole discretion, that prize winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and null and void and the second best entry of the promotion period as decided by the adjudication team will replace the former prize winner as a new prize winner of the same category of prize.
6.6. The Promoter will send confirmation of the Prize, including instructions on delivery of the Prize, to the winner (by email or private message) within five days of winner confirmation. The winner of a Prize must accept the Prize in accordance with the Promoter's instructions or the winner will be deemed to have forfeited his or her right to the Prize.
7. Further terms and conditions of entry
7.1. By entering this Competition you authorise that they are your own and that you are permitted to distribute your details.
7.2. By entering this Competition you authorise the Promoter to use content from your valid competition entry on the GoDaddy AU Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/AU.GoDaddy/), GoDaddy (AU) Instagram Page (https://www.instagram.com/godaddyaustralia/) and the GoDaddy AU LinkedIn Page (https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/68311262/).
7.3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries if the entry has violated the Terms & Conditions in any way.
7.4. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
7.5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
7.6. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoters control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c)any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) use of a prize.
7.7. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
7.8. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Competition. The Promoter may disclose Entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Competition.
7.9. This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to GoDaddy AU and not to Facebook.
7.10. In order to conduct this Competition, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Competition is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the GoDaddy AU database. The Promoter and Magnum and Co may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes asset out in the GoDaddy Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the office of GoDaddy AU. Upon the entrant’s request, all information provided will be removed from our active database. 7.11. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Competition is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By entering the Competition, Entrants agree and consent to the Promoter: using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the Competition, redeeming the Prizes and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Competition; using the Entrant’s personal information or user generated content for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns, in any media including mail and SMS, unless an Entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner; and using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Competition and for any other purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
