Win a 30 second grab for you & your sidekick! Smiggle

WHO CAN ENTER?Entry into this Competition is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia who submit a valid entry in accordance with these Conditions. Entrants aged less than 18 years of age must obtain consent from their parent or guardian before entering this Competition.
Employees and contractors of Smiggle Pty Limited (the Promoter) and Just Group Limited and its related companies are not eligible to enter this Competition.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
This Competition commences at 9:00am (AEST) on Wednesday 10th August 2016 and closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 30th August 2015 (Entry Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants must: (i) visit a smiggle store or visit smiggle.com (the Smiggle Website’); (ii) complete and submit the competition entry form in store or downloadable online; (iii) answer the question in 25 words or less ‘who is your real life sidekick and why?’; and (iv) and provide a valid email address. Entrants are only permitted to submit one entry.
Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are late, lost, misdirected or not received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. Entries not completed or submitted in accordance with these Conditions or received after the closing date specified in clause 2 will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
PRIZES:
There will be 5 major prize winners, with one winner each from Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Malaysia. The major prize is a ’30 second product grab’ for the winner and their real life sidekick as nominated in their winning entry to take place in a smiggle store. To redeem the prize, the winners and their nominated real life sidekicks will be invited to attend a smiggle store and collect (using their hands and arms only) as many smiggle products as they can carry in one continuous 30 second period. Trolleys, bags, baskets and the like and any form of outside or third party assistance is not permitted when participating in the 30 second product grab. Travel to and from the Smiggle store is at the winner’s own cost. The winner and their nominated real life sidekick must be available, before or after standard store opening hours to redeem the prize. The date and the time for the visit will be mutually agreed between Smiggle and the winner.
There are also 5 runners-up smiggle prize packs with one runner up each from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Each runner-up prize pack is valued at AUD$22.90, NZD$26.98, SGD$26.90, HK$146, RM$78.90 (depending on the usual place of residence of the winner) and comprises: 1 x fantasy 330 pencil case and 1 x fantasy rainbow pen. All prize values are correct at the time of publication.
Prizes must be taken as offered, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If any prize element is out of stock at the time of redemption, the Promoter may substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prizes. Any operating, repair or ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner.
