Entry into the One Fine Day + Royal Pita Maha - Honeymoon Giveaway is subject to the terms and conditions below;
1. The Promoter of this Competition is One Fine Collective Pty Limited of Alexandria, NSW 2015 (“Promoter”).
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 21 years and over who have entered the Gleam competition. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with the Competition are ineligible to enter. The personal data relating to participants is intended to the Organisers for the sole purpose of administering participation in the Game. To be eligible for the competition, participants need to enter the Gleam competition.
3. To enter, participants must enter via the Gleam competition before the competition closes at 11.50 PM AEST Tuesday 6/3/2017. Entries after this date will not be considered.
4. The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to remove any entry that contains any content that it considers unsuitable, however, responsibility for the content of any entry is the sole responsibility of the Participant and the Promoter is not responsible for any unlawful or damaging content posted by any Participant.
5. Multiple entries by a Participant are allowed through Gleam.
6. Entries will be chosen at random via Gleam. The Promoter may amend or withdraw the Competition at any time and without notice. This is a game of chance.
7. The promoter will give away to one (1) eligible winner one major prize worth $5880 containing the following prize; one (1) The Royal Pita Maha portion is valid for up to 2 adults for a 4 night stay in one Deluxe Pool villa including breakfast for 2 people. Your prize must be used before one year from competition finish date and dates are subject to availability. Prize is not redeemable for cash and not transferable. Flights and transfers are not included in this prize. The primary winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for holding a valid passport and visa if applicable at the time of travel.
8. The winners will be notified by March 8th, 2018 via email. The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified they are the winner. They are personally responsible for contacting the Promoter via email message within the 48 hour period after they have been notified. In the event the winner does not contact One Fine Day within forty-eight (48) hours, another winner will be selected. Winners surnames will be published on the One Fine Day Blog by March 12, 2018.
9. The winners will be required to provide their full name and email address to claim their prize.
10. By entering the Competition, participants agree that their First initial and surname may be published on the One Fine Day website and newsletter and may be viewed by all web users.
11. There is no cash or another alternative to the prize. The prize is non-transferable.
12. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition.
13. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by you; or (f) use of a prize.
14. As a condition of accepting a prize, you must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
15. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
16. The promoter reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time.
