1. Competition and Promoter1.1 By entering the “SUNCORP & FOX SPORTS – Team Girls: Women andSport” Game of Skill Competition 2019 (Competition) and in considerationfor the opportunity to participate in the Competition, each entrant agrees to bebound by and observe these Conditions of Entry. Information on how to enterand prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry.1.2 The promoter of the Competition is FOX SPORTS Australia Pty Limited ABN16 065 445 418 of 4 Broadcast Way, Artarmon NSW 2064 (Promoter).2. Who may enter2.1 Subject to paragraphs 2.2 and 2.3, entry into the Competition is open to allages.2.2 Any entrant aged under 18 years must obtain consent from theirparent/guardian prior to entering the Competition.2.3 The officers, management and employees (and immediate family members ofofficers, management and employees) of the Promoter and their relatedcorporations and associated agencies are not eligible to enter theCompetition.2.4 Each entrant may submit only one entry to the Competition during theCompetition Period (defined below). Such entry must comply with theseConditions of Entry.3. Competition Period3.1 The Competition commences at 9:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time(AEST) on 20th June 2019 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 20th October 2019(Competition Period).3.2 Entries not received during the Competition Period or not completed inaccordance with these Conditions of Entry will not be eligible to win.4. How to enter4.1 During the Competition Period, eligible entrants must answer the question“Which one of our 50 sports stars is your inspiration and why?” (EntryQuestion) in 25 words or less, and submit their details as prompted on theFOX SPORTS Australia win page at www.foxsports.com.au/win (an Entry).5. Prize and notification5.1 Reviewing of all entries received during the Competition Period will beconducted by the Promoter at 4 Broadcast Way, Artarmon NSW 2064 on[TBC].5.2 The entrant who submitted the most creative and unique Entry during theCompetition Period (as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion) inaccordance with these Conditions of Entry will win the Prize. For clarity, thePrize includes:(a) A$5,000, which will be awarded to the prize winner’s nominatedathlete; and(b) A$5,000 which will be awarded to the prize winner, which may bedonated to the prize winner’s nominated local sporting club.5.3 The maximum value for the Prize is AUD$10,000 (including GST).5.4 The prize winner will be notified by email on [TBC]. The prize winner mustaccept or reject the prize by 9:00am AEST on [TBC – should be around 1week from date they were notified].5.5 An entrant will be eligible to win one prize during the Competition Period.5.6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of aprize. Unless otherwise stipulated in these Conditions of Entry, the prize is nottransferable or exchangeable. The prize is not redeemable for cash and mustbe taken as offered. If for any reason the prize winner does not take anelement of the prize during the stated period and on the conditions stipulatedby the Promoter or any third party, that element of the prize will be forfeitedand cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.5.7 In the event that any element of the prize is not available, the Promoterreserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.5.8 The prize winner is responsible for all expenses not specified in theseConditions of Entry.5.9 The prize winner acknowledges that the prize is subject to additional termsand conditions imposed by third party prize suppliers. The prize winner mustbecome acquainted with any such additional terms and conditions prior totaking the prize. The Promoter does not accept responsibility and is not liablefor any conditions imposed on the taking of the prize by any other third partyprize supplier, or the breach of those conditions by any person.6. Unclaimed prizesIf the prize is unclaimed by 9:00am AEST on [TBC – same as the seconddate in 5.4 above], it will be awarded to the entrant who submitted the nextmost creative and unique Entry during the Competition Period (as determinedby the Promoter in its absolute discretion). The unclaimed prize winner will benotified by email on [TBC – same as above]. The process will be repeatedevery 24 hours until a prize winner is contacted and the prize is claimed. The prize remains the property of the Promoter until it is collected by the selectedprize winner or unclaimed prize winner as the case may be.
