Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. The Promoter is ENJO Pty Ltd, ABN 76 008 885 498 of 17 Aldous Place, Myaree WA 6154 3. Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18. Employees, ENJOpreneurs, their immediate families and associated agencies are not eligible to enter. 4. Promotion commences at 12:00AM (WST), 1 September 2014 and ends at 11:59pm (WST) on 19 October 2014. 5. Entry Criteri a. To be eligible to enter the promotion, an ENJO Pack must be purchased via www.enjo.com.au or through an ENJOpreneur during the promotion period, 12:00AM (WST), 1 September 2014 to 11:59pm (WST) on 19 October 2014. b. The ENJO Packs eligible for an entry in the promotion include the Complete Pack, Home Pack, Essentials Pack, Starter Pack, Floor Pack, Living Pack, 2in1 Window Cleaner Pack, Beauty Pack, Bathroom Pack, Kitchen Pack, Car Pack, Outdoor Pack, Indoor Host Pack and Outdoor Host Pack. c. Eligible entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the promotion once they purchase the Floor Pack, Living Pack, 2 in 1 Window Cleaner Pack, Beauty Pack, Bathroom Pack, Kitchen Pack, Car Pack, Outdoor Pack and fill in the entry form on www.enjo.com.au d. Eligible entrants will automatically receive two (2) entries into the promotion once they purchase the Outdoor Host Pack and fill in the entry form on www.enjo.com.au e. Eligible entrants will automatically receive three (3) entries into the promotion once they purchase the Indoor Host Pack or Starter Pack and fill in the entry form on www.enjo.com.au f. Eligible entrants will automatically receive four (4) entries into the promotion once they purchase the Essential Pack and fill in the entry form on www.enjo.com.au g. Eligible entrants will automatically receive five (5) entries into the promotion once they purchase the Home Pack and fill in the entry form on www.enjo.com.au h. Eligible entrants will automatically receive seven (7) entries into the promotion once they purchase the Complete Pack and fill in the entry form on www.enjo.com.au 6. Entries received after the advertised closing time date, 11:59PM (WST), 19 October 2014, will not be accepted. 7. One winner will be drawn at random using a computer generated program called ‘The Hat’. 8. Prize Details: a. The winner drawn who purchased an eligible ENJO Pack and completed the entry form on www.enjo.com.au, within the promotion period, will win a $5,000 shopping spree at any Westfield Shopping Centre. 9. The competition will be drawn at 10:00AM (WST) on 22 October 2014 at ENJO PTY LTD, 17 Aldous Place, Myaree, WA. 10. The winner will be notified by 5:00PM (WST), 24 October 2014. 11. The winner will be notified via e-mail and telephone. 12. The winner will be published through an announcement on enjo.com.au website, ENJO Facebook and Twitter pages by 27 October 2014. 13. The winner may be required to provide Proof of purchase prior to the distribution of the prize. Proof of purchase is Order Confirmation Email or Customer Order Form and Tax Invoice of purchase. 14. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian. 15. If the winner does not claim the prize or does not wish to accept the prize, a re-draw will be drawn at random and so forth until a winner has accepted. 16. If a re-draw is required it will be drawn at 10:00AM (WST) on 14 January 2015 at 17 Aldous Place, Myaree, WA using a computer generated program called ‘The Hat’ and the re-draw winner will be notified by 23 January 2015 by email and telephone. 17. The Promoter will take no responsibility if the prize winner's contact details and entry details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winner cannot be contacted. 18. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 19. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable. 20. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 21. Total prize pool value is AUD$5,000 and will be issued as a Westfield Gift Card. 22. The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of issue as per Westfield Gift Card policy. 23. Some retailers may choose not to accept Westfield Gift Cards. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the purchase that warrants an entry into the promotion and (including Tax Invoice number, ENJO Pack purchase, date of purchase and age of Entrant) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 25. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant. 26. Additional costs such as travel and/or parking are not included. 27. The prize ($5,000 Westfield Gift Card) will be sent by post to the Winner nominated postal address within 2 weeks of each draw date. The Promoter will cover all postage costs and will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit. 28. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. 29. Subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies, The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. 30. If for any reason the winner does not redeem the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. 31. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using the winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies ENJO Pty Ltd at the time of accepting their prize. 32. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 33. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by the winner; or (g) use of a prize. 34. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. 35. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrants. Eligible Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 36. ENJO Australia reserves the right to re-use any material posted into the competition for marketing and promotion purposes on Facebook and the ENJO Australia website, emails, print ads and other promotional materials. 37.
