Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The promotion commences at 12.01am on 16/01/2017 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 20/03/2017 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, individuals must visit www.intrepidtravel.com/lion, input the requested details (including their full name and a valid email address) submit the fully completed entry form so that it is received during the Promotional Period.
Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
Total prize pool value is $5,000.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The draw will take place at Intrepid Travel of 567 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 on 27/03/2017 at 12noon AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw on 27 March 2017 on Facebook and on the Intrepid Travel website www.intrepidtravel.com/lion.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn will win a $5000 Intrepid Travel voucher. Travel must be booked by 30 June 2017 for departures before 30 June 2018. Prize can be redeemed on any Intrepid small group adventure excluding Polar, Independent Journeys, Short Break Adventures, Urban Adventures, Private Groups, Expedition style trips and tours operated by external 3rd party suppliers. The discount applies to the land tour price only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount does not apply to local payments, permits, additional travel arrangements, international and local airfares. A deposit of $400 per person, per tour is required on booking with full payment due at least 56 days prior to departure. If booking within 56 days of departure, full payment due on booking. All tours are subject to availability. Prices are per person based on twin share accommodation, low season. Prices, itineraries and inclusions are subject to change without notice. Standard booking conditions apply as per www.intrepidtravel.com. The prize is available on departures between 30 March 2017 and 30 March 2018 only and is provided on a twin share basis. No extension is available. Intrepid Travel is not responsible for prize winners who do not claim their prize by the book by date.
Any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional accommodation, personal spending money, passports, vaccinations, travel visas required, any other transport required to and from departure point, single supplement and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner
This prize cannot be used on existing bookings or in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers. The trip must be booked and confirmed at least 56 days prior to departure. Travel must be arranged by the winner contacting Intrepid Travel directly by emailing Intrepid on enquiries@intrepidtravel.com quoting winning prize number 30080.

Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. This prize cannot be used on existing bookings or in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
