4.The competition is open to all residents located in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland over the age of 18 years except employees of Live Nation Australasia, Archie Rose Distilling Co. and Bluesfest Operations Pty Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or drawing of the competition.
5.There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
6.By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7.The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
Register at www.archierose.com.au/bluesfest as an entrant by providing your first name, surname, state of residence, and email address.
Confirm by tick box that you as the entrant are over 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Competition is a game of chance.
There will be a maximum of one major prize winner of the competition.
There will be a maximum of six minor prize winners of the competition.
Competition opens on Wednesday 16th March 2022 at 12:01AM AEDT and closes on Monday 28th March 2022 at 11:59PM AEDT and the winner/s will be contacted by Wednesday 30th March 2022 at 12:00PM AEDT.
8.Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the co-promoter and prize partner are not responsible or in any way liable for the competition.
9.No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10.The promoter accepts no responsibility if the travel or concert part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, for example the event being cancelled, postponed, moved or rescheduled.
11.The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, COVID-19, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12.The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13.The details of the major prize are as follows:
The major prize winner will receive one (1) ‘VIP Camping Experience’ to Bluesfest 2022 festival including:
-Return airport transfers from/to the winner’s residential address to/from the winner’s closest capital city.
-Return economy flights for two (2) adults to the Gold Coast airport from/to the winner’s closest capital city.
-Return airport transfers from/to the Gold Coast airport to/from Bluesfest, Byron Bay.
-Two (2) ‘five-day tickets’ to Bluesfest 2022 including VIP upgrade.
-One (1) ‘two-person tent’ in Tent City at Bluesfest, Byron Bay for five days including lighting, carpet, beds, linen packs, tables, chairs, eskies.
-$500 drinks vouchers for use at Bluesfest bars.
• The total value of the ‘VIP Camping Experience’ prize is $5470.00 AUD + GST.
• For the avoidance of doubt the prize does not include additional unspecified flights, accommodation, or transfers not specified in the details of the prize.
• A maximum of one (1) major prize will be drawn and awarded to eligible entrants.
14.The details of the ‘Ticketing’ minor prize/s are as follows:
• The minor prize winner/s will receive two (2) ‘one-day’ tickets to Bluesfest 2022 for use on one of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday during the festival.
• For the avoidance of doubt the ‘Ticketing’ minor prizes do not include flights, accommodation, or transfers.
• The total value of the ‘Ticketing’ minor prize is $374.24 AUD + GST.
• A maximum of two (2) ‘Ticketing’ minor prizes will be drawn and awarded to eligible entrants.
15.The details of the ‘Archie Rose’ minor prize/s are as follows:
• The minor prize winner/s will receive one (1) Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin, 700ml bottle.
• The total value of the ‘Archie Rose’ minor prize is $79.00 AUD + GST.
• A maximum of four (4) ‘Archie Rose’ minor prizes will be drawn and awarded to eligible entrants.
16.The prize/s are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Where a prize is detailed as a co-promoter product, the prize will be delivered to the registered residential address as occupied by the entrant or alternative address agreed upon with the promoter in line with the co-promoter’s standard delivery terms and conditions.
17.The major prize winner’s first choice of travel date will be final for fulfillment of the travel part of the prize. Requests to swap or change flights or ticketing at additional cost to the promoter or prize partner will not be accepted.
18.The major prize winner and their elected guests are subject to the terms and conditions that are applicable to the travel provider, for the travel part of the prize.
19.The winner/s and their elected guests are subject to the terms and conditions that are applicable to the event and the venue, for the concert part of the prize.
20.Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination and/or recent Covid-19 testing may be required as a condition of entry to Australian venues and events. Additional requirements may apply to domestic or international travel. The winner/s and their guests are responsible for ensuring that they meet all such requirements for the travel and concert parts of the prize. The promoter will not be responsible where vaccination or testing requirements prevent travel or entry to any venue or event.
21.The promoter will contact the winner/s directly via email.
22.The winner/s has 72 hours to claim the prize.
23.Each entrant acknowledges that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram and any ticket agent. In participating in this promotion entrants are providing information to the promoter and not to these parties. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases these third parties from any and all liability in relation to this promotion.
24.The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
