By applying to take part in the Promotion, applicants accept these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to apply, and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
All times and dates referenced throughout these Terms and Conditions are based on Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDST) or Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”), when applicable in Victoria.
Applying to take part in the Promotion
Entries to join the Promotion can only be made between 12.01am on December 1st 2019 and 11:59pm on January 30th 2021 (“the Application Period”).
Entries are only open to Victorian and NSW residents only aged 18 and over.
Entrants must visit www.mamamag.com.au/paradise then fill out the online entry form for the giveaway with their name, email and phone number.
The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email. Winner’s name will be published on the MamaMag Facebook page.
Prize
There is a total of 1 prize to be won.
This prize is valid for travel until 16 December 2021 and excludes travel in high and peak periods. Bookings are subject to availability and vouchers may not be accepted on all dates. The prize is for 2 Adults & up to 2 Children (0-12years) in a Superior Resort Room. This prize includes one Zone 4 Kids club session per child per day and a continental buffet breakfast in The Bistro per person per day. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Any unused portion will be forfeited. Vouchers will not be extended past the expiry date. All other expenses will be the responsibility of the prize winner including but not limited to current passports, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is not included in the prize but is highly recommended.
Flights are not included.
Prize is not be redeemed for cash, not refundable and is not permitted for resale.
Total prize pool is valued up to $2490.00
After the conclusion of the Entry Period, the Promoter will randomly select 1 winner using Woobox.
