1. Prize includes: five nights, for two people, at Oravae Cottage, and return flights from Brisbane to Honiara. Transfer to Oravae Cottage from Honiara must be organised by the winner.
2. Entries close 29 April 2022. Prize will be chosen 1 May 2022.
3. Prize is subject to availability 12 months prior to departure. Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of the winners.
4. The prize cannot be transferred to another person, nor upgraded, nor exchanged or sold for cash or used with any other promotions.
5. Flights to Brisbane are payable by the winner. Other ancillary costs, including all out of pocket expenses, spending money, meals (other than breakfast), alcoholic beverages, insurance and excess baggage charges are the responsibility of the winners. Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of the winner. Travel must be arranged by the winner contacting Oravae Cottage quoting their full name and promotion title.
World Nomads will offer a travel insurance policy from WorldNomads.com for the winner and their travelling companion for their trip to the Solomon Islands. Plan policy premium depends on the winner’s country of residence. If the winner and their travelling companion requires the travel insurance policy, it must be purchased by the winner through the World Nomads website in the name of the winner and their travelling companion. Once proof of purchase has been provided, World Nomads will reimburse the full cost of the insurance policy, up to the value of AUD $1000, to the winner via bank transfer. The travel insurance policy from World Nomads will be issued subject to the applicants’ meeting eligibility criteria and subject to the policy’s terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions. No purchase, payment of any kind, or insurance quote is necessary to enter or win. A purchase, payment, or quote will not improve the chances of winning. If the winner is not eligible for travel insurance through World Nomads, they will be responsible for obtaining their own equivalent travel insurance to cover all activities and will be reimbursed by World Nomads up to AUD $1000 within roughly 30 days of receiving proof of purchase. The prize from World Nomads is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the winner and their travelling companion by 1 March 2023.
