Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, exspouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, purchase any 1L, 5L, 10L, 20L and or 209L product/s from the Shell Rimula (Eligible Product) range from a Participating Retailer nationally (Eligible Transaction). For the avoidance of doubt, purchases of more than 2000L of Eligible Product in one (1) Eligible Transaction will not be considered ‘consumer purchases’ and will not be eligible for entry into the promotion.
To enter, individuals must then, during the Promotional Period, either:
Online entry: visit www.shell.com.au/rimulapromotion, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name, valid email address, telephone number, State or Territory of residence, the name of the Participating Retailer where the Eligible Product was purchased from, total amount of Eligible Product purchased in one (1) Eligible Transaction and the full receipt or invoice number and submit the fully completed entry form online; or
entry: send an SMS to 1978 2777 containing, in order, their full name, State or Territory of residence, the name of the Participating Retailer where the Eligible Product was purchased from and total amount of Eligible Product purchased in one (1) Eligible Transaction. For example, John Smith Victoria Coles Express 20L. Premium SMS cost is 55c. Entrants must have premium service access. SMS helpline: 1800 205 596. SMS entries via the Internet are ineligible. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotion database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.
The first valid entry drawn from all entries received, during the Promotional Period will win a trip for two (2) people to Los Angeles and Las Vegas, USA valued at up to $50,000, depending on date and point of departure (Consumer Major Prize). The Consumer Major Prize includes:
