The Valentine's Day Competition is open to residents of New South Wales, Australia, aged 18 and over, except employees of Bella Frock and their immediate family members.

The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
