How will the winner be selected?
The winner will be selected at random by RUSSH Media Pty Ltd from all entrants who have entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3.
When will the winner be notified?
The winner will be notified by email/phone within seven days of the draw.
Is there any liability for RUSSH Media Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies?
RUSSH Media Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur during the draw or whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw.
