Win a $500 Gift Card

1. Any entry to a competition run via www.paddypallin.com.au or the Paddy Pallin Facebook or Instagram page is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. All competitions run by www.paddypallin.com.au and the Paddy Pallin Facebook pages are the responsibility of Paddy Pallin and Facebook or Instagram is in no way accountable for any element of the competition.
3. Competitions are only open to individuals who: (a) are residents of Australia; (b) are aged 18 years or older, (c) are not employees of Paddy Pallin, or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with this competition; (d) are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee; and (e) have not been discovered to have breached these Terms and Conditions.
4. Each entrant acknowledges that Paddy Pallin can rely on these Terms and Conditions even if Paddy Pallin only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter after the prize has been awarded to the ineligible entrant.
5. Entry is limited to one per person. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Paddy Pallin accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by Paddy Pallin, or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues. Entrant details must be saved in the database system no later than the closing date of each competition.
7. The winners will be determined by randomised data process draw at Paddy Pallin.
8. The winners will be notified via e-mail, and an announcement on Paddy Pallin's digital channels which could include Facebook page, Instagram page, competition homepage, and via E-Newsletter. By entering this competition, you give Paddy Pallin permission to use your full name on Facebook, Instagram, the competition homepage, the Paddy Pallin e-newsletter and all other Paddy Pallin communications for winner announcements. The winners will potentially be listed in the first Paddy Pallin e-newsletter after the draw date. A selection (or all) of the entries will be displayed on Paddy Pallin’s blog, which will be promoted on social channels and enewsletters.
9. Where a winner fails to provide their details to Paddy Pallin within the specified time period, the prizes will be subject to re-draw via random prize draw selection at Paddy Pallin's discretion.
10. Paddy Pallin commits to organising the collection of the prize and/or posting the prize to the winner within two weeks of receiving the winner’s postal address.
11. Paddy Pallin’s decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into in relation to the selection of the winners or any other aspect of this competition.
12. Value of prize is limited to description in competition post and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prizing.
13. Paddy Pallin reserves the right to use the entry content for the purpose of future promotions, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. 14. Paddy Pallin reserves the right to remove the competition if for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Paddy Pallin, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the competition or reputation of this competition, Paddy Pallin reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
15. Paddy Pallin reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process.

TIMING:
The campaign period is 12:00 AEST 29 July until 23:59 AEST 29 August 2021.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
The winners will be drawn randomly from all entrants by 30 September 2021 by 17:00 AEST at Paddy Pallin. The winners will be notified via email by 17:00 AEST on 2 September 2021 via the email provided by the entrant in the contest entry. The Paddy Pallin Team may choose to announce the winners on the Paddy Pallin Facebook or Instagram page and enewsletter following the selection.
REDRAW:
If the prize is not claimed by the initial winner(s) by 3 September 2021 at 17:00 AEST via email response, the prize will be redrawn. The new winner(s) will be drawn randomly from all entrants by 6 September 2021 at 17:00 AEST at Paddy Pallin. The winner will be notified via email by 17:30 AEST on 6 September 2021.
PRIZE & PRIZE COLLECTION:
1 randomly drawn entrant will win themselves a $500 Paddy Pallin E-Gift Card. Standard E-Gift Card terms and conditions apply.
The winner will receive their E-Gift Card via email. The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the competition entry and must respond to Paddy Pallin within the set time period to claim their prize. Once Paddy Pallin has confirmed, the $500 E-Gift Card will be emailed directly to the winner’s nominated email address.

Gift cards, including e-Gift cards, can be redeemed at any participating Paddy Pallin store, online at paddypallin.com.au, by phone or mail. You need both the card number and PIN to complete the redemption. Select ‘Gift card’ as your payment method when you checkout online. Multiple Gift cards can be used and in conjunction with other forms of payment if the goods exceed the Gift card amount.
Gift cards are partially redeemable. Within the card’s validity period, any available balance can be used for multiple purchases. However, any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.
Gift cards become active at the point of purchase. They are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
E-Gift cards are delivered via email. They are delivered within an hour of purchase or on the selected future date at time. The card number and PIN are contained in the email that delivers the card to the recipient.
Gift Cards by post are shipped by standard delivery methods. Express shipping methods are available at time of checkout. Gift cards are only shipped within Australia. International customers will have to purchase e-Gift cards.
Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. Not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. Any unused amount after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited. Gift Cards are not reloadable.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase Gift cards.
