The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its sole and absolute discretion.
An Eligible Entrant who is under 18 years of age must obtain the permission of a parent or guardian in order to participate. The winner must respond to being contacted regarding their winning entry within 48hours be being contacted by Bakers Delight in order to claim their prize. Should the winner fail to respond to the request to confirm their entry and details the Promoter is within their right to select the next best eligible winning entry.
