WHO CAN ENTER?

Open to legal residents of Australia 16 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants must be physically located in Australia. The Promoter of this Promotion is Commercial Radio Australia Limited (“Promoter”).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion (“Promotion”) begins on 00:00:01 a.m. AEST on 24 August 2015 and ends on 11:59:59 p.m. AEST on 11 September 2015.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion, you must complete and submit the survey and provide the required contact information.  You can access the survey on the website of a participating member radio station. The answers to the survey questions will be used to help us understand industry needs. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. AEST on 11 September 2015. A completed and submitted survey will enter you into the Promotion. The random prize drawing will be on 21 September 2015. There may be different graphics and presentations of this offer under the same prize structure. Multiple submissions by the same entrant will not be accepted, or if accepted, may result in disqualification. Any attempt by any entrant to submit more than one entry by any other method will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified.  Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
PRIZE:
A total of one (1) prize will be given away. One (1) prize with a total value of $500 in the form of a Visa Pre-Paid Debit Card will be awarded. The Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all qualified entries received. The Winner will be notified by written means including email.  The Winner is required to respond by email or return the phone call within five (5) business days of notification date.  If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, an alternate winner will be randomly selected. All potential winners may be subject to verification of eligibility. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Prize is not transferable. The Promoter is not responsible for damage to or loss of a prize after the prize has been claimed. Limit of one (1) prize. The draw will take place at the premises of the Promoter, located at Level 5, 88 Foveaux Street, Surry Hills, NSW, 2010.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize will be distributed in four (4) to six (6) weeks after the Winner has been verified (if required at the Promoter’s discretion).
