WHO CAN ENTER?Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter Viva Energy Australia Pty Ltd, Shell, participating Shell Coles Express service stations, agencies and suppliers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. Employees of the Promoter include employment agency employees who are currently performing work for the Promoter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
This promotion commences at 00:00 AEST on 04/08/2016 and final entries close at 23:59 AEST on 31/08/2016 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, the entrant must be an Eligible Entrant and must during the Promotional Period:
(a) purchase 30 litres or more in a single transaction of Shell V-Power or Shell Unleaded 95 petrol from any participating Shell Coles Express service station; and
(b) visit www.shell.com.au/vpower-filluptowin follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name, email address, phone number, State/Territory of residence, the full purchase receipt number and site number (found on the purchase receipt) and submit the fully completed online entry form;
Entry to this Promotion is not available for Shell Card, Fleet Card, Motorcharge or Motorpass purchases. It is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to request a purchase receipt if one is not provided at the time of purchase. For the sake of clarity participating Shell Coles Express service stations will be all Shell Coles Express service stations which display advertising for this promotion.
PRIZES:
The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Draw will each win a calendar years worth of free fuel in the form of Coles Express Gift Cards currently valued at $2,860 (awarded in the form of 5x $500 Coles Express Gift Cards and 1x $360 Coles Express Gift Card). This prize has been calculated on the basis of the average 60- litre tank being filled twice a month for 12 months. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Coles Express gift card are not included. Any unused balance of a Coles Express gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a Coles Express gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Coles Express gift card. The balance of a Coles Express gift card can be checked online by visiting www.giftcards.com.au and entering the Coles Express gift card number and pin number found on the back of the Coles Express card or by phoning 1300 304 990. Coles Express gift cards may be used in conjunction with any valid 4c Fuel Discount Receipt and FlyBuys card used as payment at a Coles Express service station. If a winner uses the Coles Express gift card to purchase more than the amount available on their Coles Express gift card, the winner must make up the full amount with another type of tender accepted at Coles Express service stations. There are no fees or charges associated with using a Coles Express gift card.
The first valid entry drawn in the Major Draw will win the major prize of a flybuys travel voucher valued at $50,000. The winner of the Major Draw will receive an email notification with instructions on how to activate their flybuys travel voucher. The winner will be required to call a telephone number contained within the email in order to activate their flybuys travel voucher within 30 days of receiving the email. Please allow 10 business days for the voucher to be activated. Once activated, the flybuys travel voucher will remain valid for 12 months from the activation date and may only be redeemed for travel over a maximum of 10 separate transactions. Any value remaining after this time will be forfeited. Voucher must be redeemed through flybuys travel. Voucher is only redeemable on products where flybuys travel transacts payment on behalf of the supplier. Bookings can be made for travel any time within 12 months of the booking date. Any booking or reservation may be subject to a travel supplier’s terms and conditions. The prize is not transferable. Only the winner can make bookings utilising the flybuys travel voucher. Bookings made can be made by the winner for anyone to travel. The winner bears all costs and expenses related to redeeming the flybuys travel voucher. Total prize pool value is $130,080. Prizes (or any unused portion of a prize) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise specified.
