The main prize is a $5,000 Xennox gift card to be used towards two Xennox Diamonds wedding rings and including 12 months Q Report insurance. The main prize must be used in one transaction and is valued at $5,000. The main prize winner will need to be available to be in Brisbane, Qld on 2nd June 2023 to collect their prize.
What are the runner-up prizes?
The runner-up prizes are $500 gift cards to be used towards new Xennox Diamond wedding ring purchases.
How can the main prize and the runner-up prizes be used?
The main prize and runner-up prizes must be used towards Xennox Diamond wedding ring purchases. The gift cards cannot be used on existing purchases or lay by or with any other offers.
How long are the gift cards valid for?
The main prize and runner-up gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and expire on September 2nd, 2023.
Can finance be used with the gift cards?
Finance options such as Zip Money, TLC, Latitude Finance, and XennoxPay are available to be used with the gift cards, but additional fees may apply for finance.
What happens if the main prize winner is unavailable to receive their prize?
If the main prize winner is not contactable on June 1st, 2023, or unavailable to receive their prize on June 2nd, 2023, 11am in the Queen Street Mall showroom, then a new winner will be selected.
Can the prize gift cards be refunded or credited?
Any unused amount after the expiry date of the gift cards will not be refunded or credited. Lost or stolen prize gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
