WHO CAN ENTER?

NSW residents.
Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants and their companion must be able to take the prize before Monday 10 October, 2016.
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Entrants and their companion must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date.
The prize winner and their companion are responsible for any visa requirements associated with the prize. If the winner and/or their companion is unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is refused entry into Macao, China, the winner may forfeit the prize.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as defined below) between 12.30pm – 7.30pm (AEST) on Friday 8 July, 2016 and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be eligible to be awarded the prize.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant will be deemed ineligible to win the prize, and another entrant will be selected. This process will continue until an entrant answers their phone, to be deemed the winner.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Entrants must be able to collect the prize as specified by the Promoter.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any Promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this Promotion is ineligible to enter this Promotion.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion begins at 6.00am (AEST), on Monday 27 June, 2016.
Entries into the Promotion close at 12.00pm (AEST), on Friday 8 July, 2016.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name, mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age, mailing address including suburb and postcode, and answering in 25 words or less the question “who would you take with you to experience Macao: Your Style, and why”
Each entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria.
During the second week of the Promotion Period, from Monday 4 July, 2016 to Thursday 7 July, 2016, between 12.00pm – 1.00pm (AEST), the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
a) select up to one (1) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entries based on the Judging Criteria from all valid entries submitted during the Competition Period (each, a Selected Entrant);
b) contact up to one (1) Selected Entrant by telephone (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter); and
c) invite the Selected Entrant to appear in an on air segment that day. If a Selected Entrant successfully appears in an on air segment that day, they will be deemed a Minor Prize winner and awarded a Minor prize, in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter.
On the final day of the Promotion Period between 12.00pm – 1.00pm (AEST), the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
d) select up to one (1) entrant judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entries based on the Judging Criteria from all valid entries submitted during the Competition Period (each, a Selected Entrant);
e) contact up to one (1) Selected Entrants by telephone (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter); and
f) invite the Selected Entrant to appear in an on-air segment that day. If a Selected Entrant successfully appears in the on-air segment that day, they will be deemed a Major Prize winner and awarded the prize, in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter.
If for any reason a Selected Entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line drops out, the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide to replace that Selected Entrant by contacting another entrant and inviting them to appear on air Selected Entrant. The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on air as a Selected Entrant.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a that Selected Entrant, and they may not be invited to appear on air and/or be awarded a prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants must appear on air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a prize.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to receive further information from Tourism Macao, and if an entrant selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when completing the online entry form their contact details will be passed on to Tourism Macao (including for the purposes of direct marketing). Entrants may at any time unsubscribe from communications from Tourism Macao by following the unsubscribe procedure contained in Tourism Macao communications sent to subscribers.
One (1) entry per person, per day during the Promotion Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants will only be able to win one [1] minor prize each.
PRIZES:
There are up to four [4] minor prizes to be won, as follows:
Minor prize: One (1) $250 voucher for Mr Wong’s Dumpling Bar valued at up to $250 (incl GST)
Vouchers are valid until the voucher expiry date as specified on the voucher or by the provider of the voucher. Vouchers are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the voucher.
There is one (1) major prizes to be won, as follows: Major prize:
The winner will be awarded one (1) travel prize for the winner and up to one (1) companion (companion must be aged 18 years or older, to be determined by the prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) to Macao, China for five (5) nights during the period Monday 27 July, 2016 to Monday 10 October, 2016 (inclusive), valued at up to $6,000 (incl GST). The prize comprises of the following components:
- two (2) adult return airfares from Sydney, NSW to Hong Kong, China (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);
- two (2) adult return ferry passes from Hong Kong, China, to Macao, China;
- Five (5) nights minimum 3.5 star accommodation at Studio City, Macao, China, twin share, including daily breakfast; to be shared by the winner and their companion;
- return transfers for the winner and their companion from the destination airport to their destination accommodation;
- two (2) x A Reserve Tickets to the House of Dancing Water Show, the House of Magic, and the Golden Reel, at a date and time to be determined by the prize supplier in their sole and absolute discretion;
- one (1) full day tour of Macao, including lunch; to be shared by the winner and their companion
Travel Prize Terms and Conditions
- Tickets are valid for the date or period as indicated on the tickets. Tickets are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the tickets.
- The winner and their companion (if any) may be required to sign a code of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to participating in the prize. Failure to do so as determined by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will result in the prize winner forfeiting their prize.
- All components of the prize are to be arranged by a representative of the Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
- Redeeming the prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part of the prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and conditions as detailed by the Promoter, any prize providers and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
- All travel must be completed by Monday 10 October, 2016 and is subject to availability which may depend on applicable blackout periods to be advised by any prize provider, select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner.
- The winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card.
- Passports, visas, spending money, meals, additional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Prize Details above are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companion (if any) as incurred.
- It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
- Once booked the prize cannot be amended or altered.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by a winner and/or their companion (if any) as a result of taking the prize.
- It is recommended that the winner and their nominated companion (if any) have valid travel insurance for their period of travel and adequate for the countries of travel.
- No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not refundable or transferable.
