Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering into this competition you agree that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to the Train and Coach Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted NSW TrainLink ABN 50 325 560 455 ("Trainlink”) of 470, Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
Only customers who have recently travelled on a NSW TrainLink service are eligible to enter. To enter, entrants must provide feedback about their travel experience via the website survey. One entry per person will be accepted by NSW TrainLink.  Only properly completed entries will be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted by NSW TrainLink for late, incomplete or wrong entries, or for any technological or technical problems of any kind, whatever the cause, whether caused by NSW TrainLink or any other party.
Entries may only be submitted within the competition period, which commences at 10am AEST on 4 July 2016 and ends at 5pm AEST on 5 August 2016. NSW TrainLink may end the competition period early or extend the competition period at its discretion. Random prize draw will occur on Monday 8 August 2016. The prize draws will take place at 470 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW. Winners will be notified by phone and/or letter.
The winners’ names drawn will win a prize of a 6 months Adult Economy Discovery Pass.  Prize is valued at $420 (GST inclusive). NSW TrainLink accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value between winners for any reason. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prizes do not include any accommodation, transfers or any spending money.
NSW TrainLink excludes all liability that can legally be excluded by it in respect of any loss or damage of whatever kind suffered by any entrant or any other party as a result of this competition.
To the extent of the law, NSW TrainLink has the absolute discretion to amend these terms and conditions, delete or introduce new terms and conditions to ensure the compliant and effective running of this competition. NSW TrainLink will, in its sole discretion, determine all questions or issues whatsoever (including without limitation, any matters of ambiguity, doubt, judgement or interpretation) that may arise in respect of this competition. NSW TrainLink’s decision will be final.
Entries become the property of NSW TrainLink if entrants elect on their entry that NSW TrainLink may use the entrants' names and addresses for further marketing purposes.
NSW TrainLink may terminate this competition at any time without cause or providing notice of reasons and can do so without liability.
