TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility Criteria
1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in
this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to individuals who are Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are available
to take the Major Prize (as outlined in clause 13) if drawn as the Major Prize winner.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this
promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse,
de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or

st cousin.
Entry Instructions
4. Promotion commences at 12:00am AEDST on 19/11/2018 and final entries close at 6:00pm AEDST
on 24/12/2018 (“Promotional Period”).
5. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) visit www.paddypallin.com.au and follow the prompts to the promotional entry page;
b) input the requested details (including their full name, telephone number, residential address
(including country), and a valid email address;
c) agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by ticking the relevant tick box;
d) agree to receive communications of marketing nature from the Promoter by ticking the
relevant tick box; and
e) submit the fully completed entry form.
(“Initial Entry”)
6. Once individuals have submitted an Initial Entry, they will also have the opportunity to submit an
additional entry to go into a draw for a minor prize (“Minor Prize Draw”). To enter into the Minor Prize
Draw individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
1. like the Wild Bush Luxury Facebook account at
www.facebook.com/WildBushLuxuryExperiences OR Instagram account at
www.instagram.com/wildbushluxury; and
2. like the Paddy Pallin Facebook account at www.facebook.com/paddypallin OR
Instagram Account at www.instagram.com/paddypallin; and then
3. follow the prompts to share the contest page on their personal Facebook or
Instagram account and ensure their Facebook or Instagram account is set to public
view so the entry can be accessed.
(“Additional Entry”).
7. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to each entry being submitted separately and in accordance
with entry requirements.
8. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Draws & Winner Notification
9. There will be one (1) major prize draw conducted from all Initial Entries (“Major Prize Draw”) and one
(1) Minor Prize Draw conducted from all Additional Entries. The draws will take place at Paddy Pallin,
16 Hunter Street Parramatta, NSW, 2150 on 27 December 2018 at 11:00 AEDST. The Promoter may
draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is
drawn.
10. All prizes will be drawn at random by a nominated Promoter representative.
11. Winners will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) business days of the draw, and the
Major Prize winner’s name will also be published online at
www.facebook.com/WildBushLuxuryExperiences , www.instagram.com/wildbushluxury,
www.facebook.com/paddypallin, www.instagram.com/paddypallin and www.paddypallin.com.au from
27/12/2018.
12. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 27/03/2019 at the same time and place as the
original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any will be notified by
telephone and email within two (2) business days of the draw. If the Major Prize is awarded, the Major
Prize winner’s name will also be published online at www.facebook.com/WildBushLuxuryExperiences

Major Prize
13. The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win an Arkaba Walk holiday valued at up to
AU$7,300 depending on the holiday the date and point of departure (“Major Prize”). The prize
includes:
? Return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Adelaide, SA
(Australia) for two (2) adults. If the winner’s nearest Australian capital city is Adelaide,
then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not
redeemable for cash.
? Two seats on a B200 Super King Charter Aircraft (or similar seating up to 10 guests each
with 15kg luggage allowance) departing Adelaide 8:00am arriving Hawker airstrip in
South Australia’s Flinders Ranges.
? 45 minute road transfer from Hawker airstrip to Wilpena Pound to commence the walk.
Prize-winner should arrive dressed ready to walk.
? A three (3) night / 4 day outback Arkaba Walk in Flinders Ranges, SA (Australia) for two
(2) adults, including field guides, a support vehicle transporting luggage between camps,
national park entry fees and two (2) nights camping in deluxe swags.
? One (1) night twin-share accommodation at Arkaba Homestead in the Flinders Ranges,
SA (Australia) for two (2) adults.
? Breakfast, lunch, dinner and select beverages prepared daily (exact menu to be
determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) while on the Arkaba Walk – From
8:00am on Day One and to 16:30 on Day Four of the walk only.
? Daily Experiences (as outlined in clause 12 below).
? Scenic road transfer from Arkaba to Adelaide with lunch and wine tasting included in the
Clare Valley wine country.
? One (1) night twin-share accommodation at a minimum 4-star hotel in Adelaide the night
prior to the Arkaba Walk for two (2) adults (exact hotel to be determined by the Promoter
in its absolute discretion). Meals not included.
? Walk grading – a walking holiday can be a very personal experience – one man’s stroll
can be another’s expedition. The Arkaba Walk is a ‘moderate to challenging’ walk. You
will cover between 12 and 15km per day over steep, hilly, terrain with some mountain
scrambling. The route follows some thick vegetation, up hillsides and rocky surfaces. You
can be walking for up to 8 hours per day with plenty of ascents and descents and across
uneven ground. Whilst you do need previous trekking experience, a good level of fitness
is required.
Major Prize must be taken by 04/10/2019 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Spending
money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, vaccinations, transport
to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other
ancillary costs are not included. The winner and his/her companion are responsible for ensuring that
they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. The winner
and his/her companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in agreement with the winner but in the event that
agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the itinerary. Frequent
flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of
individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time
of accommodation check in.
Minor Prize:
14. The first valid entry drawn in the Minor Prize Draw will win a $100 Paddy Pallin gift voucher. Any
ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift voucher are not included. Any unused balance of
the gift voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the gift voucher is subject to any terms
and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift voucher.
General
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an
entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms
and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper
misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions
may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at
any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover
damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
17. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
18. If for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by
the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
19. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to
substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification,
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
20. Total prize pool value is up to AU$7,400.
21. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as
cash.
22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are
a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited
period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and
promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
23. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited
to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any
written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion,
as appropriate.
24. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any
written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
25. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is
dependent on the Internet service provider used.
26. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or
modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as
well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the
States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that
cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its
respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any
personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special
or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
27. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the
Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes
all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of
opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any
technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any
theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost,
altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any
reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in
these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking/use of
and/or participation in a prize.
28. As a condition of accepting the Major Prize, the Major Prize winner (and his/her companion) must sign
any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their
absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
29. Entry and continued participation in the promotion via Facebook and Instagram is dependent on
entrants following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and
Responsibilities (which can be viewed at www.facebook.com/terms.php) and the Instagram Rules
(which can be viewed at http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms) respectively.
30. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or
Instagram. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to
Facebook or Instagram. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes
outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion
must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram will not
be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an entrant, as a
result of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.
31. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this
purpose, disclose such PI to the prize supplier- Wild Bush Luxury and as required, to the Australian
regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The promoter will also use and handle
PI as set out in it’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://www.paddypallin.com.au/privacypolicy/.
In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter
may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing,
publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the
entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update
or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or
any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property
of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose Australian entrant’s PI to any entity outside of
Australia.
