Who can enter the Val Morgan Digital (VMD) Promotion?

Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

When does the Promotion close?

The Promotion commences at 12 noon AEST on December 7, 2023, and concludes at 12 noon AEST on December 21, 2023 (‘Promotional Period’). The winner will be determined by the judge at 12 noon AEST on December 22, 2023.

How can one enter the Promotion?

Entrants can enter the Promotion on the Promotion page at specified websites by providing their email address, following TCL on Instagram or TikTok, joining the VMD promotional and marketing database, and answering in 25 words or less the question: "What's the first thing you'll watch on your brand new TCL TV?" Entrants can submit multiple entries, and all entries must be original, non-infringing, and not contain objectionable content.

What is the prize and its value?

The prize is a TCL C845 Mini LED 4K Google TV with a prize value of $3,999. The prize must be taken as stated and is non-transferrable, non-refundable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the prize or any portion of it is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

How will the winner be selected?

One winner will be selected by a panel of judges based on the entry criteria and the most creative and original answer to the question. This is a game of skill, and there is no element of chance in the judging.

Are there any excluded entrants?

Employees, directors, and officers of the Promoter, related bodies corporate, or associated entities are ineligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family members of these individuals are also ineligible.

What happens to unclaimed prizes?

If the winner is unable to redeem any component of the prize by the specified date, the prize will be forfeited, and no cash or alternative prize will be awarded.
