How can one enter the Giveaway?There are three ways to enter the Giveaway:
1. Book and receive a 2-Step K18 Prepare and Repair Treatment at Epic Hair Designs.
2. Book and receive a K18 3-step treatment (chelator, detox & repair) at Epic Hair Designs.
3. Purchase 2x K18 products at Epic Hair Designs.
What are the prizes and details of the prize package?The prize is a Bali Holiday Package for 2, valued at $3000. The prize package includes:
- 2 flights to Denpasar, Bali
- 5-night stay at The Stones Hotel – Legian Bali by the Marriott, a 5-star hotel
- Daily buffet breakfast for 2 guests
- Internet access and parking
- A bottle of Aga White Muscat St. Valier Wine on arrival
- One-time complimentary cocktails for 2
- One-time 3-course set menu dinner with a glass of house wine
- Late checkout at 4pm
How is the winner selected?Upon completion of the Giveaway Period, an Epic Hair Designs representative will review the entries and choose one winner randomly using a random number generator provided by Google. The winner will be notified by email and phone and will have 48 hours to respond and claim their prize. If the selected winner cannot attend the giveaway event, accept the prize, or respond in time, a runner-up winner will be chosen at Epic Hair Designs' discretion.
Is the prize transferable or redeemable for cash?No, the prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as offered without substitution.
When and how must the prize be collected?The Giveaway winner will elect to collect the prize pack(s) at their desired Epic Hair Salon by their desired day of booking. All prizes must be used and/or collected within 6 months of the competition being drawn. Any prize included in the giveaway is subject to additional Terms and Conditions stipulated by collaborating partners regarding the usage and/or location of the prize.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool amount is $3000.
What are the general terms of participation?By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by the terms and conditions and the decisions of Epic Hair Designs, which are final and binding in all respects. Entrants who do not comply with the rules are subject to disqualification. Epic Hair Designs reserves the right to terminate, modify, amend, or suspend the Giveaway and/or the rules at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for conducting the Giveaway, awarding prizes, and marketing communications, and will not be disclosed for any other purpose unless required by law. The winner(s) agree that their name may be used in media without further compensation. In the event of a dispute regarding the entry, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account will be deemed the entrant. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta Business.
