Employees and their immediate families of the Seven Network (Operations) Limited, MNet Mobile Pty Ltd
and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Competition commences on Monday 05 October 2015 at 17:00 AEDT and concludes on Monday 12 October 2015 at 09:00 AEDT (“Competition Period”)
HOW TO ENTER:
For entry details, viewers must watch The Chase Australia weekdays 17:00 AEDT (or any replacement
program broadcast in The Chase Australia weekday timeslot) on Channel Seven and its affiliated networks
(“Program”) during the Competition Period. There will be a competition advertisement aired within the
Program that will display information on how to enter the competition.
COMPETITION ENTRY: In order to enter the Competition, viewers must either:
a) SMS: Send a text message/SMS and register the daily code word that appears within the Program
along with their full name and postcode to 1977 7377 (Charge $0.55 - Helpline 1300 851 419)
(“SMS”); or
b) CALL: Telephone 1902 55 77 03 (Charge $0.55 fixed - Helpline 1300 851 419) and clearly state the
daily code word, their full name, address (including postcode) and contact daytime telephone
number (including STD area code) (“1902”);
For SMS entrants, each entry must be charged to a mobile account and SMS entries via the internet,
computer generation or “scripting” are invalid and will not be accepted.
Entries must be received by the date and times stated in clause 3.1. The time of entry will in each case be the
time the SMS message or 1902 telephone call is received by the MNet Mobile Pty Ltd database.
SMS entrants will receive a reply message to their entry.
Each SMS entry will be charged at premium rate, namely $0.55 (including GST), which covers the entry and
the reply message.
The maximum 1902 call cost is $0.55 (including GST). 1902 call costs will be higher from mobile phones.
Entrants may enter the Competition as many times as they like, however only one prize per person will be
awarded (except for SA residents who are entitled to win more than one prize).
PRIZES:
There will be five (5) prize winners drawn in total from the national pool of 1902 and SMS entrants. The first
valid entry drawn from this pool for each draw will be deemed the relevant prize winner and will each receive
the prize detailed in Clause 4.2 Each entrant who has entered the Competition in accordance with these
terms and conditions during the Competition Period by either using a mobile phone with a reply path and
whose SMS message has passed through the Telco carriers network to Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd database or
phoned the 1902 number registered all details required by the relevant Competition Registration Period
closing date detailed in clause 3.1 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the corresponding draw detailed
in clause 3.1. Entries that do not comply with any of the terms and conditions, may be deemed invalid and a
further draw will be conducted in its place. The draws will take place at Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16
Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on the dates and times specified in clause 3.1.
The winner of each draw will win the total amount of money in the contestant’s ‘bank’ at the end of the final
game for the episode of “The Chase Australia” Program that corresponds to the Competition Registration
Period listed at clause 3.1. For example, the winner of draw 1 will win the amount of money that remains in
the ‘bank’ at the end of the episode of “The Chase Australia” broadcast on 5 October 2015. “The Chase
Australia” Program will broadcast at 17:00 AEDT on Seven Network each weeknight. The total maximum prize
value is up to AUD $167,000. The minimum prize value is $5,000. If there is no money in the ‘bank’ in the final
game of any episode of The Chase Australia that goes to air during the competition period, the winner for
that particular day’s draw will win the minimum prize of $5,000.The winner of each draw will be announced
in the following episode of “The Chase Australia” during the Competition Period that goes to air.
The winner will receive the prize dollars in one lump sum in the form of a cheque, made payable to the
eligible prize winner, within 28 days of the draw and only after proof of age and identity has been verified by
the Promoter.
