Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at on 1st August, 2022 at 09:00AM AEST and ends at on 12 September, 2022 at 03:00PM AEST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://gleam.io/OzGNt/camplify-x-boost-mobile. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Prizes: The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive the following prizes:

Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
In the event that the Prize (or any part of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsors control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize (or the relevant part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value subject to any contrary direction from a regulatory authority. The Sponsor provides no compensation for any additional costs incurred in relation to Prizes, including but not limited to travel. Prize including but not limited to colour may vary from collateral and imagery and are subject to availability from provider at time of prize draw.
Winner is responsible for their own travel arrangements associated outside of stated prize inclusions.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Camplify from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Camplify may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to release and hold harmless Camplify and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.

Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Australia without respect to conflict of law doctrines. The Privacy Policy contains information about how individuals may access or correct personal information or make a privacy-related complaint.
PROMOTION AND MARKETING
• By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Camplify and Boost Mobile may require without remuneration, including photography and video content. They may also be required to supply photographs and written testimonials of their experience with the product for marketing purposes. You agree:
a) to exclusively assign any and all rights and title you may have in such Material (including any copyright) to the Sponsor, which assignment shall be royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable and entitle the Sponsor to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, broadcast and display such Material for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability; and in addition you:
(i) agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use of the Material by the Sponsor; and
(ii) Warrant that you own all rights in the Material and have the full authority to grant the rights set out in this clause and that your use, and the use by the Sponsor, of the Material will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• The winner also consents to the use and publication of their name and any other details provided by the winner, including but not limited to likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of you) in any marketing material without any further reference or payment to the winner
General conditions:
1. The Sponsor’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
2. Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period, it is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Sponsor. A request to access or modify any information provided as part of the redemption of a Prize should be directed to Sponsor.
3. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Competition has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition.
4. The Winner has rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the Sponsor. These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent that it is permitted to do so, the Sponsor (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, without limitation:
a. Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Sponsor’s control);
b. Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c. Any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Sponsor) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor;
d. Any variation in market value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
e. Any tax implications; or
f. The Prize/s or use of the Prize/s.
5. If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor this Competition is not capable of running as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
6. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition or amend these terms and conditions, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
7. The winner will be required to enter in their credit card details before any Camplify hire for insurance purposes.
8. The Sponsor, Boost Mobile and entrants acknowledge that this competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or TikTok.
